Thanks bro! You're gonna love this camera, if i has recommend what you should get first would be a more capable lens, camera cage, external mic then the monitor, you’ll notice an immediate difference

You make great videos! I love how you keep it so simple and clear, but you know enough to help us easily decide if we want the products also. I love the back drop that you laid things out on, and I love the tones. You kinda look like the gangsta, or jack of all tech compared to most I've followed. I would like to know if you use a stream deck, and if so, could you please do some vids on it that mighty help me to get back to using mine. I never finished my studio after I lost contact with my son, and I am struggling to remember how to do the simple stuff, like adding music, or the basic functions for automating things with my windows file explorer... you probably use an apple computer, but I would like to hear your angle on this device in general too. I feel it's one of the best gadgets ever made for computers or offices!

@@cblu535 i genuinely appreciate your support and i hope i can continue to help you along your personal journey through the content i provide, i shoot everything handheld and between my iphone 15 pro max and zv-e10 and different angles provide a different perspective on the product i watch too many videos that moss some of the most basic steps or fail to consider things like explaining the ports or that cord to use that could go along way for someone just starting out but the next video is going to be a whats in my bag and then a pov type of video learning how different angles allow for different feelings i ln the type of shots we get

@Xtralongshorts18 күн бұрын
Thanks my guy, and S-Log2 never hurt nobody, especially since your using an 8-bit camera if the zve10 was a 10-bit then i would say S-Log3 also i heard good feedback on HLG is good especially if your only posting to social media and that 1080p in 120fps looks paired with HLG3 is actually passible for fx30 video lol😊

tbh all these camera videos just made me want to get a gimbal for my iphone lol. i don’t need all this fancy stuff but it’s great info
@Xtralongshorts10 күн бұрын
Can i please recommend you get the hohem isteady m6 or the nee m7 the m7 is really dope its made for the one man team of filmmakers and content creators plus it has an AI autofocus tracker removable screen so you can control the phone and gimbal from a distance!!! Check it out

@@Xtralongshorts Real quick i plan on making pc build videos so mainly hand held shots towards the pc. Do i need a gimbal that fancy?
@Xtralongshorts9 күн бұрын
@ human to human, No. you can make a decent video by using a tripod as usual instead of a gimbal. But if you are able to get access to one, it will introduce a whole bunch of smooth pan shots in your video creating awesome b roll, feel me

@@Xtralongshorts yup i love those smooth side to side shots or whatever you call them. i’m looking at the dji osmo mobile set on best buy rn

YES! Absolutely amazing great stepping stone from the zv-e10! I always try to recommend to people that their next camera should be somewhat congruent to what their currently using, meaning same lens system, menu setup, memory card type, ports, and log profiles because if you switch to a different camera brand all together your lenses become useless, your cards and even some cages become useless. Also you want to make sure you upgrade to a something that you know for sure you will want to use everyday . Side note: whats wrong with your camera?

@ I definitely agree. Unfortunately my sd card slot broke somehow.

@ same thing happened with my canon 5d mk 2 but is it that it wont read your sd card

Awesome video mate, in low light what profile do you use ? I have a new zve10 as well but I don’t know wether to use hlg or slog 2 ( night club ) is my environment
@Xtralongshorts18 күн бұрын
In my personal opinion S-Log3 generally provides a greater dynamic range and more flexibility in post-production, making it a better choice for low-light conditions. It captures more detail in the shadows, which can be crucial in dim environments. But ive heard people talk bad about slog 3 on the ZV-E10 and how since its an 8-bit camera it can fully take advantage of slog 3 in the way most would have like to but when shooting in slog 3 on this camera you do see a noticeable difference from slog 2 especially if your willing to put in the work during post production. Personally i stick with slog2 especially when using 4k but in 1080p i find slog3 holds up better than in 4k. I know i talked alot but hopes this helps
@jeremieclimaco994618 күн бұрын
@ I love your conclusion I’m here to learn. Yeah I don’t shoot slog3 exactly cause of what you said but I haven’t tried to get my own conclusion. If I do it should I do it in 4K or 1080 in slog 3 ?

@ pp10 ?
@Xtralongshorts17 күн бұрын
@@jeremieclimaco9946 honestly try both and compare the results you get in low light because depending what n your exact setting Results may vary. You’ll have to test it out and like you said come to your own conclusions

ZVE10 still a heavy hitter in 2025 until the FUJIFILM XM5 hits mass market availability IMO. Unsolicited tip: Hold the the mic at a 90° angle (capsule facing left or right but not directly at your mouth) and your audio will be perfect (no plosive).
@Xtralongshorts16 күн бұрын
I know better i was quite literally rushing to upload this video before the ball drop so i couldn’t nit pick it as much
@itszenzinhere17 күн бұрын
i suggest that you should talk like directly in to the mic because the plosive sound, instead you should try like wearing it, talking with a dead cat or just taking not straight into the mic, all in all that a nice build tho
@Xtralongshorts15 күн бұрын
Thanks for the suggestion, I'll be sure to implement a pop filter for the next video.
