Frozen Sans Rival
The layers of this cake is made of buttercream and cashew nut wafer. Buttercream is made of egg yolks, sugar and butter. But in this video we will add cream and because this recipe is no bake instead of using wafer we will use graham crackers. This recipe is very easy and delicious and you will want this in every occasion.
Ingredients:
500ml all purpose cream, chilled overnight
2 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup margarine, softened but firm to touch
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup toasted cashew nuts, chopped
250g graham crackers(more if needed)
egg-sugar mixture:
6 egg yolks
1/2 cup white sugar
Toppings:
cashew nuts(toasted)

This is more of an ice box cake - the ones we use broas or graham crackers with cream. This will not give the same flavor as sans rival with its meringue wafers. Of course, this is still delicious with the buttercream but I would not call this sans rival.

Bakit hand mixer pa rin ginagamit mo, may stand mixer ka na diba, dapat yun na ang gamitin mo para Hindi ka na mahirapan tapos para Hindi ma sayang yun pag Hindi mo ginamit
