I love your video. I am totally blind and you really really described everything you were doing. It really helped me. Somebody just gave me strawberries and they always go bad. I am going to follow this video instructions. I also love the way you do your videos and hope you continue to do them that way and keep speaking everything you do. Frozen strawberries are not good for decorating a cake as they turn saggy and the texture is off.. but for the inside of the cake is fine

Yup I already started wash/rinse my blue berries and strawberries but I don't/haven't put on parchment paper yet t ok freeze them first I just put in a zip lock bag and flatten spread out in the bag and lay flat in the freezer works fine and blue e I don't have to cut up how I want to eat them but bananas and strawberries yes but
