Sugar energy hai or energy body ko chahye optimal functioning k liye. Don't fear sugar. Sugar achi source se lein like honey fruits white rice potatoes milk. Protein best quality ki lien like bf fsh egs seafood cheese bone broth . Only animals fat lein desi ghee butter talow secondary olive oil avocado oil. Keep the ratio 25-30% fat, 20% protein rest sugar. Avoid vegetables(moderate) , seeds nuts legumes gluten industrial garbage (specially seed oils) smoking alcohol stress remaining Allah se dua karein sehat ki and be positive.

Fruit Ka juice nikaal Kay peena apna bears gharaq Karny waali BAAT hay.faida Nahi Ulta nuqsaan hota hay.
