I watched these three videos to see what Latin Mass actually looks like. I grew up attending Novus Ordo and social media introduced me to this kind of Mass. I start to understand why people doesn't want to Novus Ordo anymore after attending Latin Mass, it is heaven on earth. I pray that people start to appreciate the tradition and embrace it

I am a recent convert from Protestantism to Catholicism. I am seeking Truth, immutable Truth, which I believe the Catholic Church carries, never more so than in the Latin Mass. Some consequences of Vatican II seems to me to have been a Second Reformation, another self-inflicted wound which is nevertheless evidence of the incessant desire from the dawn of existence for the creature to take ownership of what is God's. This is seen in every aspect of liturgy that turns the attention on the worshippers themselves, and not solely on He who is worshipped. I find the Latin Mass the most worshipful liturgy I have ever experienced, even though I do not understand all the Latin. I am before God, and I am abased, considered and sanctified. No other liturgy or worship puts me before the presence God like the Latin Mass does. May God especially bless all those priests, MC's and servers who are keeping it alive in the open catacombs of faithful Catholic churches.

I'm a newly christened protestant but I attend Latin masses quite often. I agree, there is something very mysterious and divine about them. However, I'd say they are not for everyone and the variety of ways to worship God is only good. For example, during Latin mass there is so much time for people to pray - which can be very surprising if you don't know the Ordo. And since the mass is in Latin, you can easily get lost in the liturgy. Also, and that was very important to me as a believer, I needed that "attention turned on the worshippers" to feel that I belong here, that I'm not some unwelcome person sitting there while the priest is doing "all the work."

That’s very good, but you miss the meaning of the Mass. I know, I was just like you, wanting to participate., But that’s not what the Mass means. The Mass is a is an acti of sacrifice, not community; it’s mystical, you are in the presence of God, not there for a reunion with your friends; rather, as a participant in what is required of the Priest. The silence means there’s time for prayer, and there’s no better time for it; you look at the priest, and all the noble act he’s doing; it’s in Latin, which no one understands, but it’s our sacred language, just like Hebrew, Church Slavonic, Coptic, Ancient Hindi, etc. To understand, you sort of have to put yourself in an abstract mode, and see all the facets of the liturgy, the biggest being the absolute conversion of wine and bread into the Real body of Christ: body, blood, soul, and divinity. Look at it objectively, and go back one more time. I’m sure you’ll see the difference.

WOW!!!...this resembles Heaven here on Earth, so much Holiness is Heartfelt here.Beautiful Mass with so much Love,Devotion & Adoration which is truly evident and heartfelt. The every single step/movement of the Holy Priest is much calculated with such great care and such Great Reverence to Our LORD JESUS CHRIST'S MOST HOLY & Sacred Body & to his Most Precious BLOOD and last but not least this Beautiful Gregorian Chant after the Video makes it so Beautiful & Peaceful - sounds like HEAVEN'S CHOIR OF ANGELS Singing (kind-of like cleansing of the soul)instead of pop/folk music/songs etc. in Novos Ordo Masses.Amen & God Bless!!!

I love both the Traditional Latin Mass and the Novus Ordo. However, the latter has been subjected and paved the way for a lot of liturgical abuses. It's sad. I'm just happy both forms are available and permitted by the apostolic church. Thanks for posting the video.

Rower Guy: While I was watching this, I realized that the parody of the Novus Ordo consecration of the Host might as well be a satanic black mass attempt at consecration. To attempt consecration without the proper intention is nothing short of egregious blasphemy. And I, for one, will never set foot in a Church where the Novus Ordo is practiced. However, if the 4 proper intentions have been present, then transubstantion has occurred and some particles of the Prescious Body and Blood are being trampled upon. Since I've become aware of this, it behooves me (and anybody else) to avoid any Novus Ordo Churches. The Novus Ordo mass is nothing but a sacrilegious parody of the true Mass of the Ages. God bless 😇😇😇

@@sweetcaroline2060 I politely disagree, as the Novus Ordo is an officially promulgated rite of the Holy Mass, approved by the Supreme Pontiffs. Yes there are abuses, and this is egregious and disgusting, however, we cannot say that is a sacrilegious parody when Holy Mother Church has approved and promulgated such a rite, via Apostolic authority. God Bless

Only through education may we hope to touch the hearts of those who have never been exposed to the Extraordinary form of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass .May this video touch as many hearts as possible. This shows how watered down the Novus Ordo really is .There are some priests who are able to perform a very reverent Novus Ordo, but as you can clearly see the new Mass is very simple compared to the Extraordinary form of the Mass..

So beautiful to see the reverence and care in every movement, posture and gesture in handling the blessend sacrament and the chalice. The holding of the fingers together to prevent the possiblity of even the tiniest particle from falling shows the true belief in the real presence. Unfortunately, I have yet to encounter a single priest or bishop in the N.O. take that kind of care. As much as I love Cardinal Burke, I've seen him celebrate the Ordinary Form and although still reverent, he doesn't hold his two fingers together after the consecration like he would have to in the Traditional Mass. You would think that aspect of the liturgy would carry over as I know he is a firm believer in the Real Presence. We really need to get back to the liturgy as a sacrifice with reverence given to God. It pains me when I see Lutheran and Episcopalian liturgies celebrating their so called "mass" ad orientem on a high altar with communion at the communion rails, chalice veils, and beautiful music. I do not understand why every bishop just laid down instead of protesting the changes to the mass. Why did every Sacrament have to be revised? What was missing from the original formulas? Everything was reduced so that now today, especially in the sacraments of Holy Orders, there are those that doubt that the priests and bishops of today are actually true Catholic bishops.

3. THE COMMUNION. He joins his hands and proceeds: P. Oremus. P. Let us pray. PRAECEPTIS salutaribus moniti, Et divina institutione formati audemus dicere: INSTRUCTED by Thy saving precepts and following Thy divine directions we presume to say: He extends his hands: Pater noster qui es in coelis : Sanctificetur Nomen tuum : adveniat regnum tuum : fiat voluntas tua Sicut in coelo Et in terra. Panem nostrum quotidianum da nobis hodie ; Et dimitte nobis debita nostra Sicut Et nos dimitimus debitoribus nostris. Et NE nos inducas in tentationem. C. Sed libera nos amalo. Our Father Who art in heaven hallowed be Thy Name; Thy kingdom come ; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation. C. But deliver us from evil. The Priest says in a low voice: P. Amen. P. Amen. Then he takes the PATEN between his first and second finger and says: LIBERA nos quaesumus Domine ab omnibus malis praeteritis praesentibus Et futuris : Et interference beata Et gloriosae semper Virgine Dei Genitrice Maria cum beatis Apostolis tuis Petro Et Paulo atque Andrea Et omnibus Sanctis, DELIVER us we beseech Thee O Lord from all evils past present and to come: and by the intercession of the blessed and ever-glorious Virgin Mary Mother of God and of the holy Apostles Peter and Paul and of Andrew and of all the Saints, He sign himself with the PATEN and then kisses it: Da propitious pacem in diebus nostris : ut ope miserecordiae tuae adjuti Et a peccato simus semper liberi Et ab omni perturbations securi. Mercifully grant peace in our days that through the assistance of Thy mercy we may be always free from sin and secure from all disturbance. He places the PATEN under the Host uncovers the Chalice and makes a genuflections ; rising he takes the Host breaks It in the middle over the Chalice saying: Per eumdem Dominum Jesum Christum Filium tuum, Through the same Jesus Chrst Thy Son our Lord, He puts the part which is in the right hand upon the PATEN breaks a particle from the other part in his left hand saying: Qui tecum vivit Et regnat in unit ate Spiritus Sancti Deus, Who with Thee in the unity of the Holy Ghost liveth and reigneth God, He places the Half which is in his left hand on the PATEN and holding the Particle which he brake off in his right hand and the Chalice in his left he says: P. Per omnia saecula saeculorum. C. Amen. P. World without end. C. Amen. He makes the sign of the Cross with the Particle over the Chalice saying: P. Pax + Domini sit + semper Vobis+cum. P. The peace + of the Lord be + always with+ you. C. Et cum Spiritu tuo. C. And with Thy spirit.

The complete version is this: -Before bowing to the cross... Priest: Prosit (May the Mass be for your benefit.) Server: Pro omnibus et singulis (For all and each) --Asking for blessing... Server: Jube Domine benedicere (May the Lord bless us) Priest: Benedictio Dei Omnipotentis+ Patris, et Filis, et Spiritus Sanctis descendat super vos et maneat semper. Amen. (May the Almighty God bless you, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit descend upon you and remain with you always. Amen) However, the Priest can just say "Prosit" and the server proceeds to kneel. Priest says "Dominus vobiscum" and Server replies accordindgly. Then priest says "Benedicat vos Omnipotens Deus..." and Server replies with "Amen." Hope this helps

Vatican II not only replaced this mass, but everything in addition as well: the seven sacraments were altered, ordinations, baptism, the churches were destroyed inside, Gregorian chant ceased, as well as polyphony and special masses by composers, all replaced by an air of informality and contempt. That truly was the devil’s Council.

"Is not the cup of blessing that we bless a participation in the blood of Christ? And is not the bread that we break a participation in the body of Christ? Because there is one loaf, we who are many are one body; for we all partake of the one loaf Because there is one loaf, we who are many are one body; for we all partake of the one loaf. Consider the people of Israel: Are not those who eat the sacrifices fellow partakers in the altar?" Here in corinthians 10:16-17 we see that the practice of turning bread and wine into the body and blood of christ is compared to the sacrifices of israel in the old testament. "If he offers it by way of thanksgiving, then along with the sacrifice of thanksgiving he shall offer unleavened cakes mixed with oil, and unleavened wafers spread with oil, and cakes of well stirred fine flour mixed with oil. With the sacrifice of his peace offerings for thanksgiving, he shall present his offering with cakes of leavened bread. Of this he shall present one of every offering as a contribution to the LORD; it shall belong to the priest who sprinkles the blood of the peace offering. Now as for the flesh of the sacrifice of his thanksgiving peace offerings, it shall be eaten on the day of his offering; he shall not leave any of it over until morning" leviticus 7:14 lastly here's what early Christians believed about the mass. “ No one may share the Eucharist with us unless he believes that what we teach is true, unless he is washed in the regenerating waters of baptism for the remission of his sins, and unless he lives in accordance with the principles given us by Christ. We do not consume the eucharistic bread and wine as if it were ordinary food and drink, for we have been taught that as Jesus Christ our Savior became a man of flesh and blood by the power of the Word of God, so also the food that our flesh and blood assimilates for its nourishment becomes the flesh and blood of the incarnate Jesus by the power of his own words contained in the prayer of thanksgiving. The apostles, in their recollections, which are called gospels, handed down to us what Jesus commanded them to do. They tell us that he took bread, gave thanks and said: Do this in memory of me. This is my body. In the same way he took the cup, he gave thanks and said: This is my blood. The Lord gave this command to them alone. Ever since then we have constantly reminded one another of these things. The rich among us help the poor and we are always united. For all that we receive we praise the Creator of the universe through his Son Jesus Christ and through the Holy Spirit. On Sunday we have a common assembly of all our members, whether they live in the city or the outlying districts. The recollections of the apostles or the writings of the prophets are read, as long as there is time. When the reader has finished, the president of the assembly speaks to us; he urges everyone to imitate the examples of virtue we have heard in the readings. Then we all stand up together and pray. On the conclusion of our prayer, bread and wine and water are brought forward. The president offers prayers and gives thanks to the best of his ability, and the people give assent by saying, “Amen”. The eucharist is distributed, everyone present communicates, and the deacons take it to those who are absent." - st justin martyrs apology 155. "Make certain, therefore, that you all observe one common Eucharist; for there is but one Body of our Lord Jesus Christ, and but one cup of union with his Blood, and one single altar of sacrifice-even as there is also but one bishop, with his clergy and my own fellow servitors, the deacons. This will ensure that all your doings are in full accord with the will of God" (Letter to the Philadelphians 4 [A.D. 110]). -ignatius of antioch student of st james the apostle. the missal nowadays is essentially the same thing except more prayers were added to the liturgy throughout the centuries. ordained presbyters(priests) and bishops offered the sacrifice of the liturgy and turned bread and wine into the body and blood of christ.

Then he holds out the Chalice to the Clerk--- in solemn Masses to the Deacon,---who pours wine into it in order to the ablution then the Priest proceeds: CORPUS tuum Domine quod sumpsi Et Sanguis quem potavi adhaereat visceribus meis; Et praesta ut in me non remaneat scelerum macula quem purr Et SANCTA refecerunt Sacraments. Qui vivis Et reigns in saecula saeculorum. Amen. MAY THY Body O Lord which I have received and Tgy Blood which I have drunk cleave to my bowels and grant that no stain of sin remain in me who have been fed with this pure and holy Sacrament. Who livest and reignest forever and ever. Amen. The Priest then washes his finger and receive the oblation. Then he covers the Chalice ; and folding the Corporal places it on the Chalice as at the beginning of Mass and proceeds: THE COMMUNION WE bless the God of heaven and we will praise Him in the sight of all the living: because He has shown us His mercy. Then he turns to the people and says: P. Dominus vobiscum. P. The Lord be with you. C. Et cum Spiritu tuo. C. And with Thy Spirit. THE POSTCOMMUNION MAY the receiving of this Sacrament O Lord our God avail us to the salvation of body and soul together with the confession of an everlasting Holy Trinity and of the undivided Unity thereof. Through our Lord Jesus Christ... 1V.IMPETRATION. In the fourth space of time, from the Communion to the end, after having made a spiritual communion while the Priest communicates sacramentally, confidently ask for divine graces, knowing that Jesus is united with you and supplicates for you. Expand your heart and be not content to ask for things of small importance but ask great graces, your offering being so great namely the heavenly Fathers divine Son say with an humble heart: Most gracious God too well we recognize ourselves as unworthy of that favors. We confess our supreme unworthiness and that because of our many and grievous sins we deserve not to be heard. But how wilt Thou be able to tefuse attention to Thy Divine Son Who on this Altar intercedes for us and offers to Thee on our behalf His Body and His Blood? O our most beloved God hear the prayer of this our great Advocate and for His sake grant us all the graces which Thou knowest to be necessary for accomplishing the great affair of our eternal salvation. And now that we take heart to ask of Thee a general pardon of all our sins and the grace of final perseverance we also ask of Thee our God trusting in the merits and intercession of our Jesus all virtues in a heroic degree and all the aids efficacious for making us a true Saint. We ask of Thee the conversion of all unbelievers and of all sinners and particularly of those who belong to us by the ties of blood or by spiritual affinity we beg of Thee the liberation not of one soul only but of all the souls in purgatory. O bring them all out so that through the efficacy of this divine sacrifice that prison may be emptied wherein they are undergoing their purification. Convert also the souls of the living ; may this miserable world become a paradise of delight for Thee where loved reverenced and praised in time by all of us we may come afterward to praise and Bless Thee for eternity. Amen. Offer petitions again and again for yourself your kindred your friends and acquaintances, ask help for all your needs both spiritual and temporal ; ask also the fullness of all good and relief from all evils for Holy Church; and do not ask any of this things with lukewarmness but rather with a great confidence making sure that your prayers united with those of Jesus are indeed be heard. Then Holy Mass being ended make an act of Thanksgiving to God and leave Church with a contrite heart as if your coming down from Calvary. O Jesus cover us with your most precious Blood every instant of our life. Afterwards he turns again to the people and says: P. Dominus vobiscum. P. The Lord be with you. C. Et cum Spiritu tuo. C. And with Thy spirit. P. Ite, Missa est. P. Go, the Mass is ended. If the Gloria in excelsis has not been said: P. Benedicamos Domino. P. Let us bless the Lord. C. Deo gratias. C. Thanks be to God. In Masses for the Dead is said: P. Requiescant in pace. P. May they rest in peace. C. Man. C. Amen. When the Priest hast said : Ite Missa est or Benedicamos Domino bowing down before the Altar with hands joined in it he says: Placeat tibi SANCTA TRINITAS obsequinum servitutis meae Et praesta ut Sacrificium quod oculis tuae Majestatis indignus obtuli tibi sit acceptabile Mihique Et omnibus pro quibus illud obtuli sit te miserante propitiabile. Per Christum Dominum nostrum. Amen. May the performance of my homage be pleasing to Thee O Holy Trinity : and grant that the sacrifice which I though unworthy have offered up in the sight of Thy Majesty may be acceptable to Thee and through Thy mercy be a propitiation for me and all those for whom it has been offered. Through Christ our Lord. Amen. Then he kisses the Alar and raising his eyes extending raising and raising his hands he bows his head and says: p. Benedicat vos omnipotens Deus, Pater + Et Filius Et Spiritus Sanctus. C. Amen P. May Almighty God the Father, Son, + and Holy Ghost bless you. C. Amen. [In Masses for the Dead The Benediction is omitted.] Then turning to the Gospel-side of the Altar he says: P. Dominus vobiscum. P. The Lord be with you. C. Et cum Spiritu tuo. C. And with thy spirit.

Then slightly inclining he takes both halves of the Host between the thumb and forefinger of his left and the PATEN between the same forefinger and the middle one ; then striking his breast with his right hand and raising his voice a little he says three times devoutly and humbly: DOMINE non sum dignus ut intressub tectum meum : Sed tantum dic verbo Et sanabitur anima mea. LORD I am not worthy that Thou shouldst enter under my roof; says but the word and my soul shall be healed. Then with his right hand making the sign of the Cross the Host over the PATEN he says: CORPUS Domini nostri Jesu Christe custodiat animam meam in vitam aeternam. Amen. MAY the Body of our Lrd Jesus Christ preserve my soul unto life everlasting. Amen. He then reverently receives both halves of the Host joins his hands and meditates a short time. Then he uncovers the Chalice genuflects collects whatever fragments may remain in the Corporal and wipes the PATEN over the Chalice saying: QUID retribuam Domino pro omnibus quae retribuit mihi? Calicem salutaris accipiam Et Nomen Domini invocabo Dominum Et abinimicis meis salvus ero. WHAT return shall I make the Lord for all He has given to me? I will take the Chalice of salvation and call upon the Name of the Lord.Praising I will call upon the Name of the Lord and shall be saved from my enemies, The Priest takes the Chalice and making the sign of the Cross with it he says: SANGUIS Domini nostri Jesu Christe custodiat animam meam in vitam aeternam. Amen. THE Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ preserve my soul unto life everlasting. Amen. Then he receives all the precious Blood together with the Particle. After which he communicates all who are to communicate if there be any. Elevating a particle of the Blessed Sacrament and turning towards the people he says: ECCE Agnus Dei Ecce quitollit peccata mundi. BEHOLD the Lamb of God behold Him Who takest away the sins of the world. And then he says three times: DOMINE non sum dignus ut intres sub tectum meum; Sed tantum dic verbo Et sanabitur anima mea. LORD I am not worthy that Thou shoudst enter under my roof ; but only say the word and my soul shall e healed. He administers the Communion saying to each: CORPUS Domini nostri Jesu Christe custodiat animam tuam in vitam aeternam. Amen. THE Body of our Lord Jesus Christ Preserve thy soul unto life everlasting. Amen. After it the Priest says:. QUOD ore sumpsimus Domine purr mente capiamus : Et de munere temporali fiat nobis remedium sempiternum. GRANT LORD that what we have taken with our mouth we may receive with a pure mind and of a teoral gift may it become to us an eternal remedy.

He then traces the sign of the Cross first upon the Altar and then upon his forehead lips and breast and says: P. Initium Sancti Evangelii secundum Joannem. P. The beginning of the Holy Gospel according to John. C. Gloria tibi Domine. C. Glory be to Thee O Lord. IN the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. This was in the beginning with God. All things were made by Him and without Him was made nothing that was made ; in Him was life and the life was the light of men; and the light shineth in darkness and the darkness did not comprehend it. There was a man sent from God whose name was John. This men came for a witness to give testimony of the light that all men might believe through Him. He was not the Light but he was to give testimony of the Light. He was the true Light which enlighteneth every man coming into this world. He was in the world and the world was made by Him and the world knew Him not. He came into His own and His own received Him not. But as many as received Him he gave them power to become the Sons of God To them who believe in His Name, who are born not of blood not of the will of the flesh nor of the will of men but of God. Here all kneel. ET VERBUM CARO FACTUM EST, Et habitabit in nobis Et vidimus gloriam ejus gloriam quasi Unigeniti a Patre plenum gratiae Et veritates. C. Deo gratias. AND THE WORD WAS MADE FLESH AND DWELT AMONG US, and we saw His glory the glory as it were of the only begotten of the Father full of grace and truth. C. Thanks be to God. [ After Low Mass the Priest recites with the people the prayers ordered by Pope Leo X111. TLM is beautiful but I really do like aspects of the Novus Ordo too like the more active participation of the congregation. I think there should be more Latin in the Novus Ordo and more beautifully ornamented altars and traditional vestments. The Novus Ordo has much that it could change and take from the TLM. I am glad both exist and are available to me locally. I would definitely make the Novus Ordo more reflective of tradition in some respects though (and some things I hear happening in NO in other countries - like 'liturgical dance' and everyone holding hands during the Our Father, are obviously just abuses. Almost a separate subject in themselves.)

Sam as someone who celebrates the Ordo Missae of Paul VI in a parish, and as of presently has not celebrated the TLM I wanted to inform you of something you may not know. The term 'active participation' was never part of Sacrosanctum Concilium in paragraph 14. This is a mistranslation, the council fathers wanted actual participation, not active. The term actual is used in previous liturgical documents and it does not mean doing things like shaking hands, or understanding the language of the text. The Latin "participatio actuosa" refers to those in a state of grace fufilling their full potential of worship of God. Remember the liturgy is the work of Christ, and we by our baptism, share in the priesthood of Christ as parts of His mystical Body. So one is not more active because they are a reader, over the person sitting in the pew at Mass faithfully listening. I think a strong argument can be made that because of the precision of the rubrical orientation and beauty of the words that the TLM is superior in fostering actual participation. I have many times just walked into a church and watched people in both modes of the rite. I watch how they respond and their reverence in disposition. I find the TLM large families to be enthralled by the ritual, where the small regular parish families to be completely distracted. Their understanding or extra motions do not seem to engage them in the mystery and their short to non existant confession lines show no understanding of the importance of worthy reception of communion. My confession hours are spartan 90% of the time and the majority of people who come are not properly prepared for the sacrament, but I have heard TLM confessions and those people understand the necessity to be properly disposed. So the people who attend the parish Masses are doing all sorts of things, and if you spice it up they enjoy it, but are they encountering Christ or flimsy emotion? Look at how they vote: pro abortion pro euthenasia, pro gay marriage. Look how few of their 2.5 kids continue in the faith? Look at their contributions 52 dollars a year if you are lucky, yet they have lots of money because they have so few kids. Ask them about the essentials of the faith, play a Catholic trivia game with them? Look at their connection to all that social justice they claim to support? They think that dollar they put in makes them 'socially just,' or that hour they spent five years ago at habbitat makes them 'good people' I have had millionaires dump poor people off on me when they have more in their pocket than I make in six months. They feel that they are 'good Catholics' dumping a poor person off on a priest who makes under minimum wage, when they could solve their problem on their own. They are disconnected from their faith, it is pick and choose Catholicism. But these Trads live their faith, and when they have nothing due to all those kids they have, they still stretch themselves to help a poor person. Their lex orandi leads to a lex vivendi of Christ at a level I have never seen with the regular parish people. So I am not sure what this 'active participation' yields that is so special, it seems to be more of a distraction. Look at the people at Mass, look at what they do with their lives then tell me what this active stuff does for them. They come back so happy if the priest does magic tricks during the sermon. Can they tell you the focus or function of the sermon? They are so blinded by the show they miss the essence which is union with Christ. Consider these statements from a person who knows the parish life inside and out having been a priest for over 10 years. Do we want them entertained or praying to God?

I thank you for your prayers. I most likely will since I feel like I am just arranging deck chairs on the Titanic. One thing I know is the mainline parishes have put me into some of the oddest situations I have ever seen in my life. There tends to be far more dysfunctional people coming to new rite parishes. I am not saying that there are no neurotic or mentally ill people in the TLM, but they seem to be less. I believe this is because they are trying to live the Gospel. As opposed the new rites which have created a situation where sin is unintentionally encouraged. I could write for pages of just bizarre things I have either personally seen, or known happen in the new rite that I have never seen anything like that in the TLM. And when you peel it back you find a priest encouraging dysfunction because he himself is co-dependent or Neurotic. These guys are attracting these kind of people and not asking them to live a way of life that encourages them to pull away from sin, but affirming them completely which means these actions are affirmed. Its like a bowl of cereal you pour out the nuts and fruits you still got the flakes. These people get positions of power in the parishes, and they are three fries short of a happy meal. The stuff they teach is hetrodox, but even their actions are off, and when you try to remove them its beyond drama that the priests who put them into power throw out. Its not just that they tend to be pro abortion, euthenasia, contraception, and deny essentials of the faith, but they are part of the secular world. They have not allowed any facet of the gospel change their life, and they don't want it to. If you try to live the Gospel they come after you. I hear story after story of priests being harassed by these claricrats, this class of lay people who think they can order the priests around. This entire thing is unhealthy, and cannot support itself for long. The parishes are grayifying, which means the amounts of money raised will decrease, and these people cannot continue living off the churches. This experiment will eventually implode. It is both materially sterile, and spiritually. They have no vocations, and these lay people will not work for free when the money runs out. They have had no children, so no younger people to keep the parish going. The real question is how many can be saved before it falls apart? How many good, but innocent people can you bring to the faith who do not know the beauty of the faith. So many come just because their parents did. They do not know what they believe, and so I am trying to teach the faith to them, and introduce them to reverence, and Tradition. So you should also pray for those who have no concept of the beautiful Tradition of the Church, the consistency of our dogma, who will never encounter a priest to show them how our faith makes sense, and that liberalism is contradictory. So many good people who these liberals have lied to about the faith, and now believe a lie. We have to bring them up to speed before its too late. So please pray for them also.

This is FASCISM, there are no better words for it. Thanks to the Gods that we do not live anymore in the times where this absurd and elitist spectacle took place when many people went hungry, and many died because of the wars of religion! (that list would be endless). No more religion in this world, no more gods, no more absurdities like that, let's have a better world, more free, more peaceful, more mature.

They mean nothing! Absolutely no Biblical backing - even those proscribed in the old testament were abolished when Jesus Christ died and resurrected, ending the "shadow" or mysteries of the old testament rites, so that through the Holy Spirit and in Himself, the law and the prophets are fulfiled. Christ in us, the hope of glory - Colossians 1:27, 2:6-19.

@@BecomeAnOrthodoxChristian "Sola Scriptura" is for renaissance christian revolutionaries that either out of sheer ignorance, or willful malice, wished to abolish Apostolic Succession and Apostolic tradition - practices handed down the ages within the Church established by Christ Himself to Simon, renamed Peter, the Rock upon which He built His Church (Matthew 16:18). The Mass is grounded - from start to finish - in scripture, and all the elements and orders given to us by our Lord, from the fact that we indeed consume His Flesh (John 6:53-58) to the command to gather and celebrate the rite in His memory (Luke. 22:19 and 1 Corinthians 11:24). The vestments, gestures, and customs found in the Roman Rite date from the time of the Catacombs, and many Catholic Sacramentals today came from the Roman polytheistic religious traditions, and SANCTIFIED by the Church in Rome, resting place of Peter, who was vested with the complete authority from the Holy Spirit to do so (Matthew 16: 19).
