The final "blackboard" is great addition .I am starting to obsessed with this channel .The information he provides is priceless .And i like these types of videos. Small but not small enough to not provide the appropriate information about the exercises(sets,reps,test) and the tips(form,intensity techniques and the reason behind the selection exercises) . Also i actually do similar arm workout.Supersets and two working sets each exercise.

Really wish all the vids at the end had the blackboard printout to make it easier to write it all down or save.

Great arm workout advice! For the seated overhead rope extensions i use a long rope instead of a regular rope or two ropes. Is this OK or is using two separate ropes superior?
@jeremy_leow3 жыл бұрын
Joe's whole reason for doing that was to provide a comfortable range of motion so just do whatever you like that provides a good stimulus. if long ropes do that for you then I don't why it'll be an issue.
@remonvandergiessen72703 жыл бұрын

Can someone isolate d biceps peak n grow them if they r not genetically blessed with a peaky biceps
@dannybautista88173 жыл бұрын
Peak is mostly genetics but that doesn’t mean you can’t have some good looking biceps. Also training the brachialis muscle could help with getting bigger arms.
@HypertrophyCoach3 жыл бұрын
Nope. Just get bigger biceps.
