It seems like the individuals training with Kai Greene aren’t as eager to learn from him, perhaps too focused on showcasing their own methods. We want to see them struggling to emulate the range of motion and training techniques that Kai demonstrates. It’s not just about following their usual routines but about trying and sometimes failing to replicate what makes Kai’s physique and functionality so exceptional. I hope everyone can learn from the experience of trying to mimic the superior physical capabilities that Kai Greene displays.

Amazing... I've been nursing a rotator cuff injury for a couples months, but wasn't having any success in minimizing the nerve pain, so I tried the techniques you emphasized.
