Same here, man. Coming back from vacation and I am planning to do this workout very soon. Luckily I had a pair of dumbbells in my hotel room so I was a good girl. Lol 😂

Hello Steph & Coach Ali. Who said that you had to do a lot of jumping cardio to burn fat? This one was really a killer and a sweater.... I had my eyes on the timer constantly😂😂Steph, thnx for the low impact modification🙌🙌s. Really love those one hour workouts. Looking forward to the next one. Keep it going coaches❤❤
