Winter is approaching! Isn't it the perfect season to do dumbbell exercises at home? Let's build a bulletproof physique! 💪😄 This 30-minute full-body dumbbell home workout is designed for intermediate to advanced levels.
I used three sets of dumbbells (14kg, 7kg, 5kg), but you can choose to use one set of heavy dumbbells for the lower body, one set of light dumbbells for the upper body, or prepare three sets like me with heavy/medium/light dumbbells.
For example - 1/2/3 kg, 2/5/7kg, 5/7/15, etc., choose weights that suit you.
While it's non-repetitive, I structured the routine to stimulate each muscle group three times or more. Although the rest time is short at 20 seconds, the rotation through different muscle groups allows for sufficient rest for each muscle, enabling a complete full-body workout in just 30 minutes.
This workout routine is ideal for those who want to exercise properly and efficiently at home. Let's do it together three times a week for a month!!! 💪💪😄❤️❤️❤️
