Thank you for another great workout. This is only my second workout with you even though I have had you in my subscriptions for years. I just bought a set with a Pilates Magic ring and ball and 3 resistance bands which is coming in Sunday. I really liked this equipment when I used it at the gym years ago and the class had a lot of students my age seniors in the 50's and 60's. I am 65. I was working at Taco Bell and had my foot in a Boot from January 17th until a week ago when I was fitted for an AFO brace that I didn't like so now I am waiting for the custom made arch supports after the heavy tray fell on my already flat feet and I finally gave Taco Bell my resignation and quit on the 18th of March. I think these workouts will be good for my feet and helped my low back pain. You are so pretty and gentle in your way of explanation.

This is great but bigger ppl might not have space between them and the ground in that one position so that’s just something to keep in mind

Love your positive energy! You made me feel really good after sitting at my desk all day. I often have issues with my wrists hurting on those (side)planks. Do you have any advise?

Glad that you felt good!! With side planks or any other movement that has pressure like that on the wrist sometimes it just takes a little bit of repetition to help strengthen the joint, so getting your body used to load bearing will be helpful, but when you're doing them if you need to take a second to rest always take a second and then hop back in! You can also try setting up with the shoulders just slightly behind the wrists, or if we are holding in something with pressure on the wrists you can make a fist with your hands and then come up onto the knuckles so you wrist isn't at such a severe angle!

Thank you for the workout, I really enjoyed it!! I’m a beginner and would love to hear your thoughts on this: What would you consider more effective: 3 times a week 1 hour of pilates or 5-6 times a week 30 min sessions? My goal is just to get stronger and advance in the exercises, no rush here. Thanks a lot 😊

Is it compulsory to do the warm up?

It’s not necessary to do every time but it’s definitely a good way to loosen up an prepare for the workout!
