I LOVE this….I’m a 51 yr old full time firefighter/emt that still tries to stay active. I implement some of these moves in my workouts….KB farmers walk, med ball slams. High pulls, bear crawls, walking in weighted vest….etc. After about a 3 year layoff, I’m also wanting to get back to Muay Thai and rolling bjj. Do you have or recommend a program for older former athletes or people with physically demanding jobs that combine endurance, strength and mobility? Injuries of lower back, shoulders, biceps and knees are common on the job. I want to prevent this AND be in better shape to get back to the activities I mentioned…! Side note……living here in northern Indiana my whole life, I’m a HUGE Notre Dame football fan. This past season Matt Balis (Director of strength and conditioning.) resigned….They ended up with Loren Landow. I understand he’s well respected in the game of strength and conditioning but you were my “dream hire”! Keep putting out great content bro! ✌🏾

This would be either a caloric intake issue or a hormonal issue would need more context to give you a full answer
