I loved this workout, and the music at the end helped me remember how grateful I am for my health, my family, my job that allows me to provide for my family and how lucky we are for having the opportunity of working out together in this community! Thank you Heather!! ❤

I did this workout 2 times in a row to make a one hour workout and it was fantastic as usual thank you Heather🤩🤩🤩🤩 !!! Could you bring 45 MIN /1 hour back please😍😍 ??I miss these so much !

Hello Heather, my everyday training buddy, out of all the trainers on KZbin, you are the most efficient, of course in my opinion, because I think your workouts are very strong, but you convey them very calmly so I can do them without I rush. I love the songs you select, as my English is very basic I'm here trying to find out the name/singer. A big hug from Brazil. You are wonderful ❤️🌹🌺

Loved the different spin you put on our regular exercises to keep us on our toes. I had to think about which arm, which leg for dead bug prayer crunches. Saw a article recently that throwing in "thinking" during exercise keeps the brain healthy and prevents memory loss later in life. THANK YOU!!!

Felt the burn in my lungs and my quads today! That was quite intense and sweaty - great way to end the summer! Pushed my coordination skills to the limit with the tick tock jump move 😄
