Don't go straight to HIIT workouts,take your time with perfecting yoga,push ups,squats, planks and build at least a Little strength throughout your body before attempting these

Because the workouts are top notch, your setting is delightfully simple with good contrasts so it’s easy to see and follow you, the timer is simple, no chatter, and two more things : I love when occasionally a black kitty strolls through - and when you flash your smile occasionally it is a perfect encouragement when sweating it out with you. When we were all lock-down during the start of COVID-19, I started exercising and by the grace of God I kept at it. I am able to do some of your work outs although some I dear not try at my age. WOW!! I've been doing 1 or 2 fifteen minute ab, leg or arm focused workout 5-7 days a week for the past month or so but this KILLED me. I'm going to try to do this five days in a row. day 1: I'm red in the face and pretty nauseous but it felt good! day 2: in the beginning it was harder because I'm sore from yesterday, but it didn't feel as long. day 3: i was so sore today but surprisingly the workout was a little easier than yesterday. feeling good! day 4: doing good, but happy tomorrow is the last day, i'm ready for a new workout! day 5: Oh my goodness i feel so accomplished! Can't wait to rest over the weekend, but i will be doing this again next week with another one of heather's full body workouts.

WOW. This one kicked my butt. Definitely in the top 5 hardest workouts that I have done of Heather's. My cardio game has always been weak. Made it through but I had to pause a few times and modify a few moves. Currently soaking up all the sweat!

the inchworm with jump was amazing, I love that move. Today I finally challenge myself and did the advanced burpees with push ups and full push ups on other exercises, and it was HARD. Thank you so much Heather! ❤

@@ma1xx5 I would suggest you to Always push yourself hard and do the complete push up version until you are tired and switch to the modifications, and when you do strength training add weights, i normally do 3-5kg weights. Also while doing the push up engage the core it seems hard but it makes it easier. Do Heathers total body strength or upper body strength workouts. Not sure if its relevant but because i do yoga and im working on my handstand, i also hold handstands on the wall for couple of seconds.
