Try taking a jump rope too. Feels great when you're sitting for so long to just do 5min of jump ropes during a break ;)

I bought one of these parallettes, I'm at a completely beginner level. It surprises me to see that I can barely hold my own weight, but there I am trying every day to improve. This video is excellent to practice, thank you very much.

I kept changing my mind for years about getting parallettes like these for years. Saw this video a few months back and really liked the way you were using them for things like jumping lunges and deficit push ups etc. as well as the more traditional exercises. So I got some and I really wish I'd done that years ago. Great kit. Use them more than anything else I have, good for working full muscle range and the aging joints appreciated the benefits too. Good video. Thanks.

Did 4 rounds of this yesterday and man, I’m feeling it today! Surprisingly, upper back/ lats and triceps are the most sore today. Great workout, I’ll be doing this one gain, thanks for the inspiration

Mostly upper body but there are some thrusts / calf raises at the end which work the legs a little.

I bought your bars back in the early part of quarantine and absolutely love them! I love the creative workouts you post. I still love going to the gym and lifting weights but I like throwing some of the calisthenics exercises into my workouts or if the gym is really busy and I don’t want to risk being around a lot of people, I can do some of your stuff at home. Thanks as always for your content and inspiring so many people!

I have Lebert parallettes. Which end of the parallette goes on the inside? The long side or the short side? I am finding they wobble as I get toward the end of the dip tucks.

Hey Frank I took a year off of working out. Now I am trying to get back to working out again I don't know where to start because my strength went down a lot and i don't know if I should start with a full body workout or upper or lower body spit routine last I don't know how many exercises for each workout. Mostly I am almost a beginner again. I just need some advice.

A few years ago, I could do dips like nothing, and transition into a handstand to do pushups. After a few years and +20kg, I'm starting working out again. Let's just say I can't do handstand pushups anymore.

Great workout. The only problem I've had is with biceps curls. If I'm holding my grip, my hands don't rotate and I can't squeeze my biceps properly. It's like doing a partial preacher curl, while what Frank is doing is different. I can move the weight forward a little bit and do the heel- sole movement with my feet, but my grip is too tight and I tend to go UP instead of forward. Any suggestions?
