Kettlebell Strength + Power Complex
SAVE IT and get to work on this one✅
Moving some heavy weight to build strength and explosive power with this full body complex✅
Start off with two single arm power snatches, right into 2 power cleans and then 2 squat clean thrusters. As soon as you finish all reps on one arm, complete all reps on the other arm with no rest in between arms✅
As soon as you finish both arms, rest 2 minutes. Do 6 sets for a killer full body strength workout✅
Make sure to go as heavy as possible while maintaining excellent technique throughout✅

I've recently started implementing some of your kettlebell workouts into my routine the last three weeks atleast 3 days a week. I'm a boxer and I truly believe that active lifts or standing lifts are the most beneficial for me, performance wise. Could you maybe send me a 3 times a week split routine? Appreciate you, sir. Keep the killer content coming. Your efforts aren't going unnoticed!

3 day splits for a coach are not just something we can boom come up with on the fly. We need to know you, know your strengths, your weaknesses areas, your abilities, your drive, your sleep, your nutrition, your training you’re already getting from boxing. Any vanilla cookie cutter routine a “influencer” throws out there for the general public will work until it doesn’t. If you’re serious about wanting to prep for boxing (meaning you’re going to get paid to get punched in the face) do yourself a favor and pay a strength and conditioning coach. No coach worth his salt will just make up a routine for you for free.

Always found it weird how the kettlebell snatch moreso resembles a deadstop variation to an American style kettlebell swing (I think it was american style that put the kettlebell above the head) compared to a conventional Olympic snatch, which would be the clean thrusters except with straight arms above your head by the time you got into the full squat then going up with said straight arms I guess you could make a point for a more explosive muscle snatch though
