Throughout our lives, our skeletons are constantly undergoing a process of bone re-modelling: the replacement of old bone tissue with new. Old bone tissue is removed in a process called resorption and new tissue is created to replace it. Estrogen, one of our primary hormones, regulates the resorption of bone tissues, ensuring we don’t remove more tissue than we’re creating. In the first half of our lives, this process keeps our bones in great shape. But around age 50, our bodies start producing less estrogen. takes you through this 15 minute full body workout for women over 50! These exercises for women over 50 address important issues such as strength, osteoporosis prevention and balance. This workout is effective, fun and safe for beginners to advanced movers! ⭐️ using a veyr light weight dumbbells

I just turned 58 and I love that this was full body,with weights, but gentle and controlled. THIS IS what I would actually lookFORWARD to for exercise rather than dread it! THANK YOU!

These are wonderful exercises! I am an active 61 year old woman but find that I injure very easily. I feel that because these exercises are geared toward the older generation, I will still be able to maintain my muscle tone and bone strength with less chance of injury. Thank you!

Dear Anne: since the last time I watched your video, I have made a great progress. 👍 I been doing the exercises for the hiatal hernia , the bridge and the one to strengthen the diaphragm: very helpful. I had taken a quuik look at your other exercises. as well, look like they could be very helpful as well. Do you know one, simple exercise to strengthen the muscles of the stomach without straining the neck and the back? Please 🙏 let me know.
