57 yr old male from Mountain View, California. This is becoming my go-to half hour yoga program. I've done it for the past two weeks, every two days. Also doing 10 minute knee drill. This has been very helpful as I recover from a meniscus tear in my knee. Thank you so much!

This was the first video I saw and did from your channel and it popped up when I was doing yoga for bone density from another channel. Since then I have done your videos at least 5 times a week. You are an awesome teacher and the videos are so great. Thank you.

Thanks Jackie, that was great. I'm ready for brunch now! I do something called intermittent fasting and don't eat till after noon so I just have two meals a day which has enabled me to lose some weight. I try to do one or two of your vids most days and am slowly getting stronger and more flexible. My right hip has really stiffened recently so that's gonna take a lot of work

Hi Aviva What you get for becoming a patron is an email every 2,3 weeks of a recording from one of my live classes. So it's just a bit more content from me. The live classes are awesome. But if money is tight then you can just have the youtube videos for free.

Thanks Fatima - I mean my natural potential/athleticism/genetics is nothing special - but I agree I am a great teacher and motivator - and I have used the exercises to make my body 15 years younger!

I have 2 partial tears to the minimus glute and medimus glute. I am 68 and starting physical therapy. Will this workout be ok for me?

Yes - any exercises that strengthen / stabilise the glutes will be good. Go gently at first and see how your body responds for the next few days. Avoid stretching the glutes, until your muscles heal.
