@CharityLavonne, congrats!!! How’s the baby doing?! How are you doing?! Ugh. So sorry for your stillbirth. I just had a stillbirth as well. I gave birth on 5/15/23, my first baby, a boy. I was 31 weeks 🥹 I’m currently 10 weeks pregnant w/ my rainbow baby.

I will admit I am not pregnant of postpartum but I am overweight and bordering menopause and enjoy the format of your workouts. They say any activity is better than none. I feel like the person judging me most about using your workouts is myself. Thank you for these videos

34 weeks pregnant and was smiling the whole time having a blast! Love the constant movement for a change. It felt like I could get into it with the awesome music choice. More! Cool down stretches would’ve been the cherry on top, but still one of my favorite cardio workouts for 3rd trimester.

At 40 weeks this was perfectly challenging! I enjoyed the walking style and I'm feeling super energized (which can be a challenge at this point :) )! Excellent workout! Challenging moves and a challenging duration! Thanks for keeping things fresh and giving us so many styles of exercise to keep things exciting during pregnancy. I completed this at 35 weeks pregnant. I’ve been feeling more and more exhausted lately, and at least once a week I think “okay, maybe this will be the last week I can exercise before the baby comes.” Then you come out with a new video, and I think “I might as well try it!” Every single week, I complete the video, and feel so proud of myself. I’m creating life with my body and so much of my life will change, but that doesn’t mean I won’t be me anymore. Exercise has always been a huge part of my life, and doing your video throughout pregnancy shows me it doesn’t have to stop just because I’m having a baby. Thank you so much for these videos!

I am 37 weeks and was able to do the full workout! I love how it was low impact since it's hard to jump around with a big belly. The music was great and was glad with the water break in the middle. A short cool down would have been nice! Thank you so much for posting these. I had some complications with my pregnancy which made me limited to what I could do for workout. After, I got the okay from doctor for light activity, I found your channel. Your videos made me and baby feel safe! I will for sure continue watching your video postpartum and when I am pregnant with my second!

I have been using walking workouts at home this whole year so far but my go to doesn’t work anymore for 6 month pregnant belly. This workout along with the one similar to this is perfect for me! I love that it’s a little more challenging than just walking. I will be using this 3-5 times a week until baby is born and keep you all updated!

I seem to have picked the hottest day in ages to start exercising again. First time exercising properly since becoming pregnant. Only 13 weeks and this was a struggle. So impressed with all you mams to be who are much further along and doing this exercise regularly!

33 weeks and 4 days pregnant and stuck at home because it is a hundred degrees outside (actually)--was feeling exhausted and tired and thought that some cardio would give me a boost and this was the perfect video. Loved being challenged and love how my body feels afterwards. Thank you!

Happy to find it. Finally, sth not soooo easy and dull. I don't know how as feeling extremely debilitated but I MUST do it every morning. It's 1.30 am 🤪 i did it 😅 days are so hoooot now🤯 till the end of november soo much time 😭😭😭 I love kids but truley hate this condition.

21 weeks pregnant here and tried this walking workout for the first time today. It was a good way to spice things up a bit and challenge myself

I'm 17 weeks pregnant now and I absolutely loved this workout. It made me feel so good and so strong. Even my husband did it with modifications and added weights but loved it as well. Thanks for the awesome workout.

I looooooved this workout!! The "no talking" was the best. The music choice was great! If there was a cool down at the end, that would've made this even better but still great!

I really liked this workout! It felt really good afterward and totally got my heart rate up. I even held some lighter weights throughout the workout to make it a bit more challenging. My only complaint is it's harder to follow the exercise if she's not telling us what to do as we go. There were a few times where I looked up to make sure I was doing it right and realized there were other steps to the workout that were explained in the top right corner. It's hard to read while I'm exercising so I'd much rather have her tell me what to do as I go. Besides that, I loved it! I pretty much exclusively watch her videos during my pregnancy. She's got such a great variety.
