During the pect stretch, maybe show/insert a still frame of your arm / elbow angle and level because you had one camera angle and your body blocked it. Otherwise a nice routine.

Great Routine! Just a suggestion: maybe spend more time on each stretch, this felt a little rushed. I would rather a 30-40min video with longer sets.
