Thank you for the awesome message! I'm an instructor new to using the springboard. I would love to see how you would do long back stretch on the springboard.

The Reformer Long Back Stretch Exercise doesn't quite work on the springboard without the moving carriage BUT Long Back Arms can be done kneeling facing away with the rollback bar!
