I think I finally found exercises that I might be able to do! Being overweight in the United States with the whole "fat positive movement", it's hard to find a supportive community that believes that wanting to lose weight is a positive thing. I'm sick of being accused of fat shaming because I personally don't want to be fat anymore. They don't seem to understand that my not wanting to be fat says nothing about them and doesn't insinuate that I even have an opinion about anyone's weight but my own. Thanks for putting these videos up. I have 100 lbs to lose, and I'm not stopping until I lose it!

I'm gonna be doing this workout for as long as I want to and going on daily walks! Waist size: 73cm Weight: 63,6kg Day 1: I'm really warm and sweating a lot at the end, but the start was quite easy and nice ngl. Day 2: My arms and abs are kinda sore from yesterday's workout, but I still did it! Day 3: Really tired but nice, it felt really nice, honestly! Day 4: Not as tired as yesterday but still very sweaty and warm! Day 5: Sick, didn't do it. Day 6: Also sick. Day 7: I'm not sick anymore! And it's harder to do than the other days, ngl. Day 8: I was away the entire day so I wasn't able to do it. Day 9: It was honestly really nice, and hard to do, I really enjoyed it! Day 10: Wow! I completed 10 days! :D So far I have been sleeping better after doing this and my waist is smaller! Day 11: I'm tired and really warm at the end like always, but I'm pretty sure my skin has started to clear up more. I don't have as much acne. Day 12: Rest day. Day 13: My waist has gotten smaller, and my stamina has increased and I've lost weight. It's also easier to do. Day 14 &15: Was at a friend's so no workout. Day 16: I've completed half a month now! I do see results, some of my old jeans that where to small are now a bit to big, my legs are smaller, my waist is also smaller, and I have more energy, I'm also not as easily annoyed anymore! Day 17: I got my period so I took a break. Day 18: Still on my period but I did it, didn't go on a walk tho since I need to study. But anyways, I'm so tired at the end, it's probably because I'm on my period and I usually get really tired and have no energy. Soooo I sadly won't be able to continue since my parents don't want me to work out? For some reason. But here are the results ao far. Weight: 62,3kg Waist: 69cm My skin is also clearer and my thighs are smaller + my abs are more visible.

Waist: 70 cm / 27.5 inches Avoiding junk food as much as possible. Keep in mind that i do an extra posture fixing workout. (doing this as a little reminder for myself to do the workout) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Restarting because of the two week healing break i took. (i hurt my hip joint) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Pre: saturday: I was sweating quite a bit and was having trouble with pilates. sunday: My abs hurt and i am sweating like crazy but i did it. :D -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Week 1: DAY 1. I am bit out of breath and sweating quite a lot, my abs hurt a bit from yesterday. Feeling great. DAY 2. My whole body hurts from the 1st day, and every time i had to do the side stretches my head kept going all 𖦹 -𖦹 wednesday -- (dance practice) DAY 3. Everything hurts so much T-T, was struggling with pilates. Yay for meee, i did ittt. :] friday -- (I kinda took a bath and forgot that i have to do workout.) DAY 4. My abs hurt, it felt nice after i did the workout. DAY 5. Almost forgot to do it again, but i did it. :D -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Week 2: DAY 6. I am on a trip, glad that I continued. DAY 7. My whole body still hurts from the trip, i did the workout, feeling kind of refreshing. DAY 9. Really warm, but tired. wednesday -- (dance practice) DAY 10. Abs hurt, feeling physically worn out. DAY 11. My back and abs hurt. Feeling very energetic and sweating a bit. DAY 12. Feeling bit dizzy, abs hurt like hell. Feeling mentally very tired for some reason. sunday -- (forgot to do it, will do an extra one on next wednesday) -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Week 4: DAY 13. I've completely lost my motivation. I did it. :) DAY 14. Still have not regained it, tired all of the time. Abs hurt. DAY 15. Feeling a bit more motivated today. Whole body hurts, feeling physically weak. thurtday -- (lost all motivation, like completely-completely) DAY 16. Did the workout, very motivated today. Feeling good. DAY 17. I am feeling so energetic today, abs hurt. T-T I can already see results of this workout, abs are not visible yet but my waist is visibly thinner. DAY 18. WOOO i did it :D day 18 done. I have no idea why i am so happy but i am. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Week 5: DAY 19. I did it yesterday but i was too lazy to add an entry. DAY 20. Day 20 yayyy, 10 more days and it will be day 30. Super motivated. wednesday -- (dance practice) DAY 21. Really warm, refreshed. friday -- (i was really tired from spring activities outside) DAY 22. Tired and energetic at the same time. sunday -- -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- monday -- DAY 23. Got back my motivation, feeling great and energetic. wednesday -- (dance practice) thursday -- DAY 24. Did it :]

redoing this workout and trying to be more consistent with it ! day 1: done! - didn't feel much pain on my body compared to the first time i tried the workout but it did have an impact on my thighs (they're so painful aaaa)

Ive done amng of your workouts and bg far this is the one that actually worked for me! I am still on day 1 so results dont show immediately but j can feel my calves are more toned from the steps on the sitting down because as soon as i started the jumping jacks i felt it be more tight than before its the same for mg stomach both lower and higher and my upper arms ! This is the most toned i felt in ages thank you shirlyn kim!
