@@riri_2205 try this once or twice a day, drink lots of water after working out & try to cut off on sugars and junk food in general. A workout will NEVER outdo a bad diet, so make sure you're eating a healthy diet too :)

start: 17/8/24, 50kg, 160cm, 15 y/o, artistic roller skating day 1: ✅ felt a little pain doing some exercises and had to rest a few seconds, overall not bad, didn't felt pain after, i put a reminder on my calendar so i remember to do it everyday day 2:✅ still felt a little pain but still did better than yesterday day 3:❌i was out with my bsf and didn't have time to do It day 4:✅ still found It hard to do, prolly bc i skipped a day

I don't do this to achieve a certain goal or weight, I do it because it refreshes my body. Earlier I couldn't do a lot of your exercises properly (esp the side plank ones) but now 3 weeks into this and I am able to them very well ! My posture has gotten better. I feel more energised after doing these workouts rather than feeling tired. After doing 2-3 workout video of yours everyday I go for a walk. Thank you ! One suggestion though, please start the timer from 35 seconds just like this video. The extra 5 seconds helps us understand the next exercise and change pose immediately.

Starting doing this workout today! I won't do it everyday as I have work and school, but trying to do it at least a few times a week! I hope it helps me to lose some weight and get more healthy & fit this year :D Height: 164 cm Starting weight: 63 kg I want to lose a bit of the weight that I put on due to my thyroid and hormon issues, but don't want to set a fixed goal weight :) Day 1: 19.03.24 - I did this workout alongside one of her workouts for legs and shoulder/back ones! This one was pretty difficult, my legs were tired haha. Also did 40 minutes on my stationary bike for cardio :> Day 2: 20.03.24 - (weight: 62,7) cycling for 40 minutes and I did a pilates arms & abs workout Day 3: 21.03.24 - (w: 62,8) cycling for 40 minutes, abs workout and skating for 1,5 h :) Day 4: 22.03.24 - (w: 63,1) cycling for 40 mimutes. Sadly couldn't do anything else because of work. Did 15.000 steps though :) Day 5: 23.03.24 - (w: 62,55) cycling for 45 minutes, work, 10.000 steps.

I’ve been using some of your exercises and I think I’m gonna stick with this one! I want abs I don’t have any other goals (: Start- Nov 23 Day 1: completed. Struggled 😅 Day 2: completed. My abdomen is in pain! Worth it for the end result though! Day 3: completed!! I didn’t take as many breaks this time. My abdomen is still sore but bearable (: Day 4: sore but completed!! Day 5: I struggled less than day 1 (: Day 6: completed Day 7: complete Day 8: completed (i forgot to update 6 & 7) I’ve done it 8 days in a row!! 🎉 Day 9: finished I’ll update how my body looks on day 10 (: Day 10: 🎉🎉 I’ll update in the morning how I look! I always exercise at night I’ve seen a difference! Not a huge one since I have a small frame but I’ll update any changes!! 😊 Day 11: completed!! Forgot to update yesterday I can see a difference in the morning!! Not quite abs territory but close!! Day 12: decided to give myself a break today for abs but I did legs day today! (: so not completely a break Day 13: completed I think I will do leg day and ab day on alternating. So I can give my abs a rest. I’ve been seeing results for my abs whenever I wake up in the morning! I don’t feel much pain anymore doing these exercises as much as I used to (: Day 14: did leg workout which was also a hidden an workout Day 15: also did legs because my arm hurts from getting an injection but i all do this stretch that supposedly helps with a flat stomach 🤷♀️ but I don’t mind if it doesn’t since it feels nice.

I am still a beginner so I felt really tired at 9 mins. I tried her tiny waist pilates workout for beginners and hopefully by 2 weeks I can do this workout fully. Thank you Shirlyn for the video and the exercising point was really helpful. I know which muscle to focus on during workouts 😊😊 edit: I had to take more rests, but i finished this exercise! It was so fun to do.

I have been doing this for 3 days along with two other routines, and from the first day even though my stomach burned, I felt very good, energized and very relaxed, the pain obviously lasted a long time but it is relaxing, I am very happy because I finally started to take care of myself.😊 Hi! It's me again, The last two weeks have been difficult because I am on vacation and laziness sometimes wants to overcome me, but it doesn't matter, these weeks I have seen several changes in my body and I have lost 1-2kg, I really don't have insecurities about my weight or my physique, I just want to lead a healthy life, but I must say that this channel is my favorite.

I have been doing this workout for over four months and my stomach is extra small and my weight was 65 then and it is 45 now . Doing this for one week (please guys stop asking me reminder when i do it around 6-7pm💀) Weight : 51 (1 august)Day 1: ✅️ (2 august)Day 2 : ✅️ (3 august)Day 3: ✅️ (4 august) Day 4: ✅️ i did it with some musics thats i like and i found it was better, it felt more quickly (5 august) Day 5 : ✅️, I weighed myself this morning, I want to give up (6 august) Day 6: ✅️ (7 august) Day 7: ✅️ Thats my first week, i'm now 50kg, (near the 49kg) (August 8) Day 8 : ✅️ (August 9) Day 9: ✅️ (August 10) Day 10: ✅️ (August 11) Day 11 : ✅️ (August 12) Day 12 : ✅️ i want to give up SO MUCH. I was 49 and im now back 50. How tf in 12 days i just lost 1kg? I want to give uppp (August 13)Day 13 : ✅️ Lose motivation bud did anyways :( (August 14) Day 14: ✅️ Second week, 49kg (near the 50 :((( whyy) (August 15) Day 15: ✅️ We are 02/08 and i thinks im gonna try again. I have school so i will not do it friday (because i already have P.E) and sometimes not the weekend cuz i want to relax lol Weight : 48 Day 1 : ✅️ but it was tiringgg maybe because i didnt do it since 2 weeks Day 2 : ✅️ some exercices are hard ❤🥲 Day 3: ✅️ i thinks imma give up, my legs and abs are sore, and i dont see any change... (i weigh myself often like everyday or 2days so i thinks thats the reason why i want to give up lol) Day 4: ✅️ i was already tired, it killed me 💀 felt just A BIT more quickly but i wanted to throws up the whole thing Day 5 : ❌️ayo.. my psychologist say i was in the onset of E.D 💀 idk if i should keep doing it, especially when she said my mom had to hide the scale which will mean that I will not be able to update my weight before 2 weeks ☹️☹️

the results are so fast!! i decided to upgrade from one of her other videos to this one and had to take a 3 day break bc i was so sore 😭 but when i started again, a lot of the exercises were so much easier!! thank you so much 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

Going to start from today Waist:- 29 inches Ideal waist:- 23 inches Day 1:- ✅ As I want results fast so I am going to do shirlyn's weekly challenge but I agree that her workout works because yesterday my waist size was 29 inch and it is 28.4 inch and remember I did cycling also with exercise

going to do this for 2 weeks first I am also doing this arm workout and thigh workout And only occasionally take sugar or junk food otherwise I am not following any diet or what so ever. My goal is to reach the weight of 50 waist: 33 in tummy: 27 in weight: 55 kg height: 162cm DAY 1✅almost died will update tomorrow DAY 2 ✅already seeing some difference DAY 3✅ DAY 4 ✅ DAY 5 DAY 6 DAY 7 DAY 8 DAY 9 DAY 10 DAY 11 DAY 12 DAY 13 DAY 14 (pls like my comment to cheer me up!)
