Mike I had been doing some of your other videos using weights and stretch bands, then had to stop due to a health issue. Now that issue is corrected and I need to get back into shape for the coming golf season. Set out to find you again, and FOUND THIS VIDEO! Wonderful. These Mike Kutcher exercises are by far the best I've found on KZbin. He seems to be a very experienced trainer/physio - he anticipates common mistakes you might be making and corrects them. He provides encouragement without any idiotic Ra-Ra-Ra. A very pleasant (perhaps) unintentioned consequence of doing these exercises frequently was that my posture improved by a great amount despite the fact that I didn't consciously work on that. As my posture improved so did my self-confidence in social situations.

Loved this somewhat different from just sitting I was able to accomplish it except hugging the knees but bending forward & touching floor. I love the book it was very helpful. I now know without a doubt that what I set out to do with your expertise, I most certainly will not need knees operated. Thank you Mike. i thoroughly enjoyed the exercises. i normally do extensive exercises but i fell headlong on the street 2 days ago and broke my left elbow amd badly bruised my right knee. So these exercises were brilliant for me. Albeit i couldnt do left arm exercises but at least i was getting movement and strength exercises. The right leg was fine and could follow all the exercises. Great session and so happy I found it on KZbin. I am a pretty active 73 YO woman and I found that when you count for us to follow, sometimes the counting went fast!!! I would like also for you to say inhale and exhale when doing these exercise. Maybe I got slower because I am also trying to inhale and exhale!!! Anyway just some suggestion!!! These exercises are so great! I'm not that old at 62, still active and working full-time, but due to health issues have never tolerated exercise well, even when I was younger. So I have not been able to do regular exercise videos or classes for many years because they are too hard for me and if I overdo exercise, I get sick. And I no longer go to the gym since the pandemic. I tried to do the exercise videos supplied by Planet Fitness during the pandemic (my former gym) and they were way, way too hard for me. These videos are just right--I'm able to do them without a problem but they do provide enough challenge to improve my conditioning, and I can add weights to make them more challenging as I improve. So happy I found these videos. And I also really like the balancing exercise video. My balance just isn't what it was when I was young and did ballet. I am starting to have problems now hiking safely when scrambling over rocks since my balance is no longer as good.

I apologize for this very late feedback. I've been using your videos for more than a year now; and I know I'm in better shape now because of them. Tried to revert to just doing walking exercises, but came back to your videos because I've realized that they're beneficial for the entire body.
