Gonna try this routine, I can hardly feel my chest when doing exercises that my arms got tired but my chest don't burn. Anyways, loved the video, informative and straight to the point 🤙✌️

was same for me, maybe you have longer arms too. in this case it’s normal you are more working you shoulders, try put your arms narrower elbows against your core, and always keep your shoulders down and back. abs and glutes tight too. don’t arch

I'm always confused as to why it wouldn't be better to do the 12 reps of each exercise in a row (obviously with a few minor breaks in between), then do one larger break, and repeat that for 3 sets. What's the plus of doing the same exercise three times in a row? Would the quality you get out of each exercise not go down towards the end?
