We now have two of these extended varied routines. Yay! And YES to more of them please. Just to let you know that I ultimately return to your 5 standing and sitting routines and use these longer ones to add variety whose warm-ups and final stretches and relaxation are a treat. You're working very hard for us and it's most appreciated. I get excited whenever I see a new, well thought out routine in my INBOX. It makes my day and my week!...Anastasia

0 degrees here in Crows Nest Queensland. Day 3 of doing exercises with Mike. '76 and still up to tricks' is my mantra so thanks Mike. Balancing on one side is difficult for me. I'm wondering why that is! And can I really improve. Arthritis in my fingers means i appreciate the finger exercises. It's a great start to my day. I love that I can do these in the comfort of my own home, and Mike speaks slowly so that we really get it right and feel the pain! 12th Aug 2021 : Did this workout, seated and standing. After the AZ jab yesterday, anxiety for the past couple of nights has meant poor concentration and mood disturbances with regular exercise. So I'll do a daily chart and push my motivation.

at 83 doing the best of exercises working to my limit except the very last one , you do not have to be perfect but try each repitition makes it easier next day

😃I'm a retired 66 year old. Ive been meaning to get in better shape and this series of videos is exactly the thing. It's a great exercise a little more muscle strengthening than the 25 min seated exercise. The balancing was a challenge. I will gain strength in my ankles and continuing to lose pounds will make it easier. I am going to get a chair with arms since some of the exercises are using them. thank you!

I have wide spread osteoarthritis and have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia too. I've been struggling with stiffness and pain. I recently found you on KZbin, and really enjoying the classes. My stiffness and pain are alot better. Keep it up I will be joining you 😊

Mike, my husband and I discovered your videos during lockdown and really love them. We are 81 years old and I have two artificial hips, but we find the exercises really helpful especially the longer sessions you are doing now and we look forward to a longer one using weights. We live in New Zealand by the way🤪 and have a small very active Spoodle who takes us for walks twice a day and we intend to stay fit for as lingbas possible👍.

I have been doing your exercises for the last three weeks. I have mostly done your thirty minute ones but also the longer ones. I like the way you encourage and show us how to do each of the exercises. As a disabled person I need to keep moving but also do it safely. Although I am not technically a senior, I do think what you are doing applies to me. I particularly like the focus on different body parts. I sure feel it when I am done!

Mike, love your exercises, I have a mild ulcerated esophagus and a small hiatus hernia, is there any of your routines that I shouldn't be doing? Thanks! I hope I can do them all!
