I really appreciate you making these videos. They're amazing guide on how to meet your protein macros in a calorie deficit while still eating a good volume of food to not be hungry. It really helps remove the guesswork out of the diet and also helps reduce the inevitable excuses!

The put the fork down, push the plate away and waiting long enough to lose body fat. Plus some leg raises and decline sit ups but more so when training on a bulk

👍 2 week doctor visit doing good 4 more weeks of no heavy lifting 😢 but I can go back to work Monday light duty can’t wait to start working out again

I wish I could follow the same meals over and over of what I like. You would think it wouldn’t be that hard for consistency but I fold I make it hard on myself

thats too low if you are a grown man you dont need to go below 2k to 2.4k depends on your size and activity

@@rambonator8200 Yes, that is indeed true for the vast majority of men. I had several DEXA scans and have consulted with a nutritionist and together with my personal trainer they have set a plan which will help me lose fat while also building some muscle (recomposition). I am mid-40s, have a skinny fat physique with very low muscle mass and high body fat and lead a sedentary lifestyle, so this phase is about ramping up my strength training frequency/volume to build muscle mass and then break me out of my current situation where I can then eat more calories. It might seem crazy, but it is working for me and I've lost fat and added muscle.
