The put the fork down, push the plate away and waiting long enough to lose body fat. Plus some leg raises and decline sit ups but more so when training on a bulk

thats too low if you are a grown man you dont need to go below 2k to 2.4k depends on your size and activity

@@rambonator8200 Yes, that is indeed true for the vast majority of men. I had several DEXA scans and have consulted with a nutritionist and together with my personal trainer they have set a plan which will help me lose fat while also building some muscle (recomposition). I am mid-40s, have a skinny fat physique with very low muscle mass and high body fat and lead a sedentary lifestyle, so this phase is about ramping up my strength training frequency/volume to build muscle mass and then break me out of my current situation where I can then eat more calories. It might seem crazy, but it is working for me and I've lost fat and added muscle.
