What I like about this is how realistic to my lifestyle this is (could be in some ways) Its not overly strict, but he gets what he needs and doesn't over explain anything or make it too specific unlike other youtubers. He just gets straight to the point.

Joe don't forget, you are what you eat. Add some blue berries to the serial, add some spinach to the chicken with rice, add some broccoli to the pasta, protein is important but don't forget to eat vitamins, keep on pushing limits, you look great!

@@barillagorillaa what’s the point including bacon in your diet, hella saturated fat, just replace it for steak & salmon, 10x more nutritious meats, even chicken ain’t the best of meats, yeah it’s healthy but all it has is protein, no zinc, magnesium etc, & yeah just include an avocado a day for your intake of boron & spinach for vitamin A

How come you take 264g of protein daily? I thought you are supposed to only have 0.82g per lb of body weight according to studies? Surely 264g is overkill? Would love to know your thoughts! 😅

Even at the upper recommended level of 1 gram per pound of bodyweight, 264 grams protein would equate to 264 pound bodyweight. Also having so much chicken for all meals will sky rocket your vitamin B3 levels. Where are the veggies?

You can eat like that in your 20s. Your metabolism is high but in your 40s and 50s your metabolism is lower. Definitely good for a high metabolism to make gains.

Joe has the classic PPL physique - good chest, back and legs, but somewhat lagging shoulders and arms. He should switch to an arnold split and give shoulders/arms they're own day, twice per week! Legs, chest/back, shoulders/arms, repeat, then rest!

i appreciate the hard work joe you're doing amazing but it seems like you're missing some good nutritions out there .. i don't know if your diet is always like this or not but u can definitely add more veggies , fruits and nuts in your diet .. as someone who's trying to bulk up you need to get a good amount of healthy fats as well !! i watch and love your videos since the past 3years tho

question , isnt 3500 cal a little low , im working with a coach and a strict meal plan and eat around 5000ish . Im 5 7 and 180 pounds and around 19-20% bf (peak bulk right now). 3500 for a tall guy like you just seems low ? Also a suggestion , dont eat fat in your pre , it just slows down your digestion.

I would suggest looking into the importance of micronutrition. I am by no means an expert, but I know that micronutrients play key roles in all biophysical processes in the body. This also includes muscle synthesis. You can only synthesize the amount of muscle that your body's system can synthesize, but that doesn't mean you can't change the system!
