I went into treatment and there you need to eat 3 meals and 3 snacks I felt like I was going to explode cause I was sooo bloated but now about a month later I'm not as bloated. The truth is you just have to eat frequently and a lot it does get better I promise try to start eating meals and snacks and keep increasing them you will feel super bloated and like it will never go away but I PROMISE it does just keep pushing you got this. I know this is 3 months later so how are you now?

Katharina Bairou you are so kind🥺❤️ basically i am scared of eating anything other than whole foods. i panic whenever i eat something processed, or if i am out at a restaurant and dont know the exact ingredients in any meal. in also constantly thinking ahead for meals which impacts my daily schedule... i only let myself eat each meal at a specific time. its more or less an obsession with clean eating. i also over exercise whenever i eat foods that i dont think are healthy enough... i feel complete guilt. small steps towards recovery:)

Lovely, remember you are not binging. It’s called EXTREME HUNGER. Is your body loving you and trying to take as much food as possible because it is scared that food won’t be available later (because of your restriction habits) your body is just trying to keep you alive, lovely. The more you work towards eating constantly, your body will calm down and know that food is available, so you won’t end up eating in huge amounts ♥️

New subbie! 🤗🤗🤗 The smoothie bowl with granola looks awesome !! 😋👌 Loved it 😍🤗 I am recovering or be mostly recovered now - don't even know because I feel like I am still recovering because have still a bigger appetite than most people without disordered eating past - from binge eating habits and overexercising for years. I personally never was medically "underweight", but had developed really restrictive eating and bad mindset. Worst relationship with food and was so unhappy with my binges (they got worse and bigger) and extreme hunger for years.. I am still working on eating A LOT every day in a consistent way until full satisfaction without any restrictions or food rules. I feel so much more better now, with eating a lot all day long. Also I fully accepted the changes of my body and learned to love it the way it looks. I wish you the best!! ❤

Hey, there are 3 dislikes on this vid now, that's less than most youtubers get on a video! 😉😉 And you are right, I fully agree, she is so amazing! 😍🤗 (Just discovered her channel now and instantly subbed!!) 😉🤗🤗 I am sure, some people disagree with this type of recovery content - sadly - because they feel insecure about seeing progress on others when they are in a more disordered eating state of mind yet..? 🤔 For myself I am not liking the bunch of pseudo-recovery content on youtube as much because there are a lot of youtubers who are not really challenging their fear foods and still not eat calorie dense because of the disordered eating mindset they are still in... they often eat really restricted and poor, but label it as a normal full day of eating where in the same time that are mostly the calories of a very restrictive diet..! 🙁 This type of youtube videos were even triggering for myself sometimes 🤔 But this channel here looks really not as semi-recovery as some others do in my eyes for this first video.. 🤗 (..and looks like this smoothie bowl is a big nice bowl of DELICIOUSNESS !! 😉😋👌👌) I'll stay because I liked this video ❤

My gOD thank you so much for sharing that you were hungry after dinner, it’s just so hard to listen to your brain/body when you’ve already eaten a meal recently enough and I feel like people don’t really talk about it. I’m really working on listening to that kind of hunger, even if it is mental! Because, yes, my stomach isn’t grumbling but my brain wants food! And I’m supposed to be gaining weight! I have recently become scared of consuming certain foods and I now understand what it means to have ‘fear foods’. I used to enjoy eating all sorts of things, but now I fear donuts, muesli, sushi and liquid calories (booze and bubble tea included). Numbers just pop into my head instantly when I see or even think about them :/ I really appreciate that you’re doing this to help and encourage others. I still eat sweet things, but I have this really weird thing about the weight of whatever I eat going on. I just think it I can't be anorexic, because a real anorexic would never eat anything sweet.

I don't want to trigger you by saying you eat a lot or anything, obviously I know we need it in recovery, but how do you eat this amount and feel happy and not guilty? I feel like I would feel too full and guilty which makes me feel like I am so weak.. I know I need it to recover, but I can't get myself to do it, ugh why I am not stronger... :(

hi angel, don't worry you're not triggering me! im actually very happy with the amount I eat (although sometimes its still a little weird seeing myself eat like this) I am SO hungry in recovery and I know that I have hurt and starved my body for so long and I just want to make it happy again and give it the nutrients it needs -- so if my tummy tells me it wants more, I try and listen with no judgment ! kind of a weird way of looking at it but I really like to think of my body as a separate entity and I don't wanna be mean to anyone so I try and be as kind as I can to my body & it rewards me by helping me breathe and walk and function (if that makes sense lol) also yay !! im loving mac and cheese after this video hahaha, sending u love

right now my fear food is nut butters. 230 for two tablespoons? oh hell no. If I'm watching my calorie intake I cannot eat nut butters with this many calories.

aaaand that's exactly why I don't check the calories of nut butters !!!!😉 not checking has helped sooo much, and keeps me full longer because I actually eat till im satisfied and not scared of calories and going over. sending you all of the love and will def include more nut butters in my upcoming videos to hopefully show you that they're so yummy and should'nt be feared!!

I feel the fear food of milk didn’t count because you had almond milk which is low in calories and nutrition compared to normal milk. My dietician said I’m not allowed to have almond milk anymore because of the low nutrition

also to me plant based milks are much scarier than regular milk because oat milks & soy are actually usually around the same amount of calories or more than for example skim milk - they also have more sugar so for me personally this is a fear food

gluten makes my tummy flare up (i was tested for mild celiacs disease) !! omg i would not choose to be gluten free, especially in recovery hahah
