Glad calorie counting is working for you. I’ve been doing WW since January and I do low points during the day saving most points for afternoon/evening. It’s working for me. Lost 40lbs out of the 60lbs I’ve gained since my pregnancy September 2023. I started WW in January so I’m happy with the progress so far 😊 just 20lbs till my pre-pregnancy weight.

@@LaurenJansenWW oof it’s hard to rewire my brain after 14 years of points and learning new programs but so far so good. Focusing on getting into the habit of weighing and tracking everything (even fruits and veggies!) and not worrying as much about staying in my calorie deficit (though that’s still the goal). So far I’ve lost 5ish pounds in 2 weeks anyway. I think more protein is definitely a big key for me too-I’m eating maybe 60 grams a day and notice when I eat more protein, I am more satisfied and better able to stay in my deficit. Been pretty cool to learn more specifics about what my body needs outside of the points system though!

P.S. air popped popcorn is great with those shake popcorn seasonings. II forget who makes them, but they are right by the popcorn in the store. They come in lots of flavors. My hubby loves the white cheddar, and I love the garlic parmesan. Trust me, you won't miss the butter at all!

Hi Lauren! Please don’t take this as a criticism. I am just curious if I have been doing it wrong all my life😂 Do you wash your lettuce? If so how do you do it. I have always washed my lettuce, then salad spinner and leave out to dry and then in fridge. Lately, my lettuce literally looks like crap even in one day! Any tips is very much appreciated.

I find pre washing it goes bad really fast, so I just wash as we use it.

Totally agree about the cold brew. I buy Walmart brand French Roast for mine... I'm a sugar addict and I can drink cold brew with only creamer... Amazing how smooth it is. I'm gonna make some tonight because of this reminder. Thanks!

My goal is 154… but I really try to get at least 140. But that’s specifically for my current height/weight & weight loss goals.
