Keto is not good for health, I have already on keto, and I feel weakness all day long, I even fell once in bathroom which never happened to me in lifetime and because of keto it happened also my right eye is creating issue, all thanks to keto, from the day I have came in keto it will surely give weight loss but multiple health issues , what's the use of such body which only looks good from outside and khokla (empty) from inside. Carbs is very much necessary for the mind and body to function, just think 20 yrs of your life you gave your body carbs, and now suddenly cutting carbs to 0, is it going to work well for body? No bro I am very much impressed by rajeveers channel , he gives accurate knowledge about everything, and how people are fooling around, but his words really inspired me and changed my thinking towards fitness All thanks to Rajveer ❤️

@@hemantraj538 I truly understand your point, but our body takes 3-7 days to shift our energy source from Glycogen (Carbs) to Ketones (Fats). Till that time, you'll feel low on the energy, dying to have carbs, headache, low-key, etc but once your body changes it's energy source to fats, then you'll be just fine! Its the best feeling when your body is working on fats because the energy from fats is 1.5 times more than that of carbohydrates. And you have to take proper care of your micros(vitamins and minerals) because that's the reason why people say keto is bad. Our body needs a balanced diet, be it calorie deficit, calorie surplus or keto! I also like Rajeev Sir a lot!❤️❤️❤️ I started my weight loss journey with Rajeev sir's weight loss series and now I've lost 8 kgs in just 2 months!! Moreover, I can see my muscles growing 💯

Sir main jada hungry feel kartha hoon, morning main ut kar bhat jor se bhuk lagti hai, us k bad 11 baje phir bhuk lag jati hai, phir 2:30-3 baje phir bhuk lagti hai ,phir 6 baje , phir 8 baje ..to sir kya karu.?? Kya khau itna, main sugar, pressure sab ku6 test karaya ,sab normal hai.or mera body child se dubla , patla tha, lekin at 18 yr old toda bathat running, push up kiya matlab work out kiya or suddenly mera body change ho gaya ,or natural bahat achha body ban gaya, mera family member ka sab body hai, said genetically ho ga gaya, abdhi koi workout nahi kartha hoon.. phir body oi ki oihi hai.. biceps, triceps, six pack hai..lekin problem eya hai bhuk jada lagti hai..or abhi looked down main toda toda fat accumulation ho raha hai said..to kya karu bathao? Fat v na aya or bhuk v kam lage.. please sir reply kar na..main ek baht hi 6ota village se belong karta hoon..or main ek middle class se belong kartha hoon..
