Not like he’s been consistent for the last 20ish years of actively working on his body and fitness. Do what the 99% don’t do and get what the 99% don’t have.

@TeamRICHEY that's what I like most about the practicality of it is the convenience. you're getting your numbers and results without the stress. It's different if you competing, but if you just want the good life, this is perfect. 👌

Check what oils anything is cooked with. Most snack are with Canola oil, the worst of them all. Any seed oil is basically garbage. Sunflower Oil can be fine in moderation. Avocado oil is premium and EVOO is top teir haha

Thanks for all your uplifting videos I appreciate that you focus on simplicity and general well-being when it comes to food and lifestyle Especially after being so strict with your diet in the past Something that might take things even further for u and set an even better example for your followers Might be to focus more on Quality of nutrients and ingredients even more then Quantity... I noticed you were leaning that way at times. Reading Ingredients more then grams may be helpful Choosing meat that is wild or at least grazing naturally As well as plants free of sprays or chemical fertilizers may also help in the long run for u and your followers... going to your local farmers and farmers markets and eating whole foods most of the time is likely setting a good example for more folks. Whole foods... grown, hunted, raised outside eating what it would eat if humans weren't around... Quality nutrients Superfoods Clean Mineral Rich water Sea salt Stay mobile Breath fresh air Go hiking and camping a lot Keep cold plunging Sweat it out in the sauna Keep inspiring people Love you guys Thanks for Inspiring lots of people.. and dogs 😊 ❤

Question - why do you care about being a "lifetime natural" ? Is it because you plan on competing in weightlifting or you feel its better for your health ?
@TeamRICHEY Жыл бұрын
Honestly because a lot of the industry is “enhanced” on social media and I do compete in weightlifting yes and am tested but it’s more to show what you can achieve physically naturally - like it’s attainable if I can, you can
