Looking after your Mental health tip--Big Meal prepping advice: I have come to a point in my life where I do not want bodybuilding to affect my life so I bulk cook: Every 5 days, i cook a kilo of rice and a kilo of lentils---I design a menu for 5 days where the carbs are from a limited source, I calculate my macros example 300 carbs every days times 5 days= 1500 grams carbs which is about 1875g of dry rice, I cook all of it in a big ass huge pot, weigh the cooked weight and if the cooked weight is about 5000g, then 5000g cooked rice=1500g carbs. I cook my carbs a day before and allow the moisture to settle and the weight is stable the next 5 days. For my last meal, I boil a small portion of pasta for variety in the menu or do oats at night when I am more hungry to help me sleep through the night. Fill your oven tray with chicken and beef enough for 3 days at a time. Ppl argue you should not leave rice so long,, however, in a good fridge it lasts and I microwave it until it is piping hot. I use my energy towards training and chilling. You can do the same with sweet potatoes and so on/ Hope I could be of some help

Meal 4 is 200 grams of white rice same as Meal 3 so the carbs should be 54 grams as well!

Stupid fact. But here’s a fact, other fruits such as kiwi, banana, papaya, mango, avocado and etc all has a specific enzyme that helps the body break down foods so you’re not just limited to pineapple. Tell us how how u know more tho.

Also meat and eggs literally contain ALL essential nutrients....as in not missing a single one....also antioxidants come from being grounded or earthing. You get billions of antioxidants from the earth every second you do not need antioxidants from food.....try again sir. For more information on grounding type in "Bart Kay grounding" You have no idea the things you don't even know
