People might think that bodybuilders have a fancy diet and they might have to eat a lot to keep themselves in required shape. Therefore, I decided to show my Full Day of Eating My Muscle Building Diet Secret. My entire day diet is a mixture of macros and micros which includes healthy carbs, proteins and good fats. I have also explained the quantities that I consume.

Hello Sir. I have been following your workouts and diet since 2 years now. This has really given me amazing results. Sir I want to ask you something on pre-workout diet. I am going for workout early morning at 6 AM and I wake up at 5:30 AM. It's difficult for me to cook anything at that time.
