From my opinion, don't waste too much money and time for cooking food and eat those simple foods which will provide u a lot of nutrients and also we don't need to consume 6-7 meals a day. Just use the following meals a day :- (for gain) 1. Morning breakfast : Oatmeal with 2 med size banana and some nuts and 2 whole eggs.. 2. Lunch : Simple daily food prepared by our mother nd try to add daal for protein nd salad for fibres... 3. Pre workout meal : Shake ( 2 med. Size banana + 1 cup oats + 2 spoons peanut butter + 200 ml milk ) 4. Post workout meal : just 3-4 egg whites or boiled potato 5. Dinner : Simple homemade food Take a little glass of milk before bed.👍👍 I think this whole day diet is more than enough for a beginner/intermediate for gaining 🔥👍👍👍

Having healthy food does not have to mean depriving yourself of taste. Although the ingredients you mentioned are healthy but it doesn't look consumable AT ALL. Cooking is an art and there are countless ways to add flavor to our meals keeping them nutritious.

Bhai he says it himself to decease and change it if you want just eat 3 to 4 times a day property without vomiting or pooping right as your eating I guess you go to gym if your watching this or maybe your doing homework it doesn't matter even if I calculate this should not effect someone so much that they go broke adjust things according to you and eat as much healthy food as possible 3 time roti chawal kah kar 50 kg 60 kg aur bahubali nei bansakte bro time money and afford lagtha ja

Guys just eat home cooked food and work out that is enough.. only thing is being consistent, you’ll eventually can see the change don’t worry.. as a middle class guy no one can follow this complex diet.
