From my opinion, don't waste too much money and time for cooking food and eat those simple foods which will provide u a lot of nutrients and also we don't need to consume 6-7 meals a day. Just use the following meals a day :- (for gain) 1. Morning breakfast : Oatmeal with 2 med size banana and some nuts and 2 whole eggs.. 2. Lunch : Simple daily food prepared by our mother nd try to add daal for protein nd salad for fibres... 3. Pre workout meal : Shake ( 2 med. Size banana + 1 cup oats + 2 spoons peanut butter + 200 ml milk ) 4. Post workout meal : just 3-4 egg whites or boiled potato 5. Dinner : Simple homemade food Take a little glass of milk before bed.👍👍 I think this whole day diet is more than enough for a beginner/intermediate for gaining 🔥👍👍👍

Having healthy food does not have to mean depriving yourself of taste. Although the ingredients you mentioned are healthy but it doesn't look consumable AT ALL. Cooking is an art and there are countless ways to add flavor to our meals keeping them nutritious.

He mentioned that you can cook chicken/paneer in any curry you like. Other than that most items were nuts, badaams, eggs and fruits. I understand that eating 6 egg whites won't taste good everyday, so you try flavoured whey protein shakes.

Meal 1 : 1 glass lemon water : half lemon KO squeeze Karke peena ha Meal 2 : 5 khajoor , 2 akhrot , 1 banana , 150 ml milk kahaani ha Pehle khajoor , akhrot , kaila , doodh iss sequence ma peena ha Meal 3 : Breakfast : 2 eggs boiled full both White and yellow, and dalia Kaale channe aur soyabean (30 - 30 gram) Raat KO soak karke rakh dia aur subah boil karke khaana Meal 4 : lunch aur breakfast Ka darmyan ::: 150 gram alloo boil , boona channa aur moongphaali kahaani ha Meal 5 : lunch : 150 gram chicken salan or boil with white rice (250 gram) , 1 glass lassie mishri daal ka , beetroot , 1 bowl koi bhi sabzi Meal 6 : Pre workout meal : 1:30 ghanta before going to gym :::: peanut butter with bread or roti , 1 banana Meal 7 : Post workout meal : within 40 minutes after gym :::: 250 gram white rice, 1 banana, 5 eggs white yolk khaaani Meal 8 : 50 gram dallia , chicken breast or paneer (150 gram) , 1 sabzi bowl kahaani Meal 9 : 1 glass milk before sleep with haldi and badaam

Thank You Sir for this assistance. I have been working out for two months, following your exercises minutely. Must say, I have witnessed a drastic transformation in my physique with no supplements, but only organic diet along with the proper forms of exercises you suggest. Keep posting such videos. You are the great virtual gym instructor as you have slow and easy way of teaching. In my experience, instead of following too much work out channels, it's better to focus on one just like Arjuna's eye at fish's eye! For me, your channel works wander. Thank you once again.
