150 grams of oats is 95 grams of carbs and 500 calories ... 200 grams of sweet potato is 40g carbs. These macros are way off.

oh my gosh, that first meal with the oatmeal, blueberries and protein powder looked SO GOOOOOD. Also, do you shred your own chicken? It looked perfectly shredded.

I’m impressed by how much she eats I have had body issues and have struggled with restricting calories and then binging for years on end anyone who knows what this is like knows it’s super hard habit to break. It would be very scary for me to eat like this but I think it’s amazing how she isn’t afraid to eat why have our kids Fa got so warped on eating

Are you able to do a video explaining how you figured out your maintenance calories and cutting calories? Xx

The most simple way is to use online calorie calculator where you can write your stats and it calculates your maintenance calories. This is a good starting point and can be adjusted depending on how your body reacts. Cutting calories are determined how fast you need to loose body fat. Ideal and healthy speed is usually minus 250 -500 kcal per day because this way you minimise muscle loss while cutting. Hope this helps 💕🤗

thanks for the informative video but is their any reason you don't season your veg before roasting it, or seasoning your pre workout meal with something that wont affect your macros or calories much like a bit of sriracha, lemon or whole grain mustard? personal taste or does it help with the fitness? thanks.

Interesting. I eat similar to you, but much more in the morning and less in the evening. I couldn't bear to eat my first meal at 12. I have breakfast between 9 and 10 during the week. At weekends about an hour later.

Thank you!🙏 I do daily walks and if I need to get lean quicker I add 2x 20min HIIT sessions (usually hill sprints) to my routine.

Do you workout in the morning since you intermittent fast? I feel like if I started fasting, I would need to workout in the evening, but is it possible to fit a morning workout in while fasting?

Recent studies have shown the effects are the same so it doesn't matter just choose which way suits you the best! I usually train after a few meals 😊

What kinda of oats are those ....raw/quick? I have raw and 40g puts me at 27 carbs.

Yes I used regular oats 1dl which is a 40g and 2dl of water (200g). It was just written in the video cooked weight which ends up around 150g of oat meal (which is most of water of course)💕

Mainly daily walks with my dog. If I need to lose fat more quickly I like to add just 1 or 2 (20 minute) hill sprint HIIT sessions on top of that😊

It says cooked weight 150g of oat meal not dry oats. Which is 1dl dry oats(40g). Also it says 200g of sweet potato is cooked weight which is 36,6g carbs + 100g cooked carrots 5,6g carbs + 100g frozen spinach cooked 0,4g carbs which is total 42,6g and its rounded for 43g like written on the video. No worries all macros are on point here 😊

Thank you so much! I have a cheat meal usually once a week when I eat whatever I crave at that time (burger, pizza, chocolate cake etc.) and somedays I like to eat a little bit of chocolate along the week 😊

If you want something with similar macros (High protein, low fat & carbs) you can use egg whites, cottage cheese or chicken 😊

Generally if your hunger levels are low it's easier to eat tiny meals more frequently troughout the day 😊
