Hey advice on oats. Soak overnight with chia seeds and even cacao nibs if you fancy. Add olive oil. The insulin spike is reduced and the fibre stops the energy slump. I also put pumpkin seeds in

him discovering what blue glasses are designed for sent me 😭 yes, blue light is designed to increase oxytocin and keep you up staring at the screen. i set my phone to constant “night mode” instead and i actually prefer the warm light over the blue now. also ik he loves natural remedies, but minoxidil/finasteride have been proven safe for receding hair for decades if the rosemary thing doesn’t work out. just once a day in topical or pill form 👍 sometimes i wonder, with all of those supps, how he knows what actually works or if something isn’t a placebo affect. personally i don’t trust most supplements bc they are unregulated in the us but you do you. we just have different philosophies.

Protein oats are my go to breakfast when I don't want to crash after eating but get good energy for the gym. Something about adding the protein and some fruit into it negates the crash for me.

Don't take curcumin/turmeric on workout days I'd only use it when you have excessive inflammation. the inflammation from a workout is part of the signal to turn on hypertrophy. Also I have heard that curcumin can reduce DHT and act like an antiandrogen.

Most studies show increase in muscle mass and strength by only adding around 500 calories mostly from protein to your diet along with heavier lifting. No need to add fat tissue by adding so. Uch higher calories

why supplement nitric oxide? beetroot is darn cheap (where I live at least) and you can just slow cook em, peel em, make a salad and throw that besides the main plate every day and it's delicious. one less powder to worry about! makes some room for grade a cocayne

Yes I am spamming this comment because I really want a video on this but Can you do a biphasic sleep experiment for maybe a month? You would go to sleep when the sun goes down, trying to keep artificial light at night as low as possible. The low amount of night should make you naturally tired. Then, you wake up in the middle of the night, preferably four hours after going to sleep. You stay awake for a couple hours then go back to sleep until the sun rises or there is light in the sky. It works best if you naturally wake up in the middle of the night instead of having an alarm to wake you.

Bro, you gotta switch over to stainless steel cookware. Those nonstick pots and pans have PFOAs and other toxic chemicals. And try to use wood utensils and not plastic or silicone

That water bottle top might have broken because it looks like it’s wood. Anything wood in the dishwasher will weaken and split due to the moisture and high heat. Just a theory.

GL with the bulk Regarding the supplements, its best to megadose honestly for the benefits, also look into Cofactors and how they work to maximize the absorption. For cistanche, try to pair it with Agmatine Sulfate it has a strong synergistic effect, feels great.

If you eat oats there’s a chance they have glyphosate even if they are organic people you shouldn’t eat oats just putting that out there and if you eat white rice it depletes vitamin b1 so you should supplement with b1 if you eat a lot of carbs

Advice on why ur experience foggy like from oats it’s gluten sensitivity avoid rice also (it’s not gluten but glaidin) you can still experience similar symptoms tbh I feel grain free is the way to go I did that my stuffy nose went away, acne, breakouts, & brain fogginess also went away

Ive been eating in like a 500 surplus since the end of september and ive packed on noticeable muscle apparently, i have body dysmorphia so i dont notice but ive had people that ate just simple coworkers ive said hi to at most say i look good
