Great stuff, John! I'll give you one culinary tip being a chef, and that is don't crack your eggs on the side of the pan/bowl. Crack your eggs on a flat surface like your countertop. The outside of an egg is often full of microbes and contaminants, so you want to avoid having the outer shell break through the membrane. It also keeps your pan/bowl free of shells and bacteria. Kudos to you for supporting your local farmers. Fresh is best. Happy cooking!

John Meadows appeared to be a great family man and an encyclopedia of all things nutrition and training. He brought a lot of common sense to meal planning and incorporated a few treats here and there to keep meals interesting. A little butter here, some Hershey's syrup in the cream of rice, sourdough toast, sherbet, etc., makes sticking to a long-term nutrition program much more practical. The industry lost a great man and a wealth of knowledge-thoughts and prayers to John's family and friends.
