Full Meal Deal Loaded Baked Potatoes / For beef and bacon lovers ❤️

If your looking for an easy meal that your whole family will love , this is it. This is a full meal all in one. I absolutely love baked potatoes and most people i know do too. They are so easy to prepare, you can feed a whole crowd or just two just like i do. Russet potatoes is what i like to use because i think they are perfect for baking, but you can use your favorite. If we are having friends over, i like to prepare my filling ahead of time to make it easier for me while we entertain, then i put them in the oven about 1 hour before we eat so they are nice and hot and that gives us time to enjoy the visit and our favorite cold drink. The best part about these baked potatoes, is you can pick your favorite meat, i like using one that’s has some marbling because it’ll be juicy and very tasty. I hope you try this recipe my friends.❤️
INGRIEDIENTS--------------------
4 large Russet potatoes (clean and dry)
Olive oil
kosher salt as needed
1 1/4 lb. Milanesa (thin top round) or your favorite
3 thick strips bacon (chopped)
1/2 Medium onion julienned
My homemade Seasoned Salt (as needed)
• Homemade Seasoned Salt...
Pepper and Salt if needed
EXTRAS for topping__________________
Butter as needed
Sour cream as needed
Chopped green onions as needed
2 C. Freshly grated Cheddar cheese or your favorite (as needed)

Last night I was bored and a little down. I always get this way after the holidays. Anyway, I started looking at recipes from multiple people. Male and female. But you know? Not one person lifted my spirits like Rachel. She doesn’t crack jokes or try to be humorous, she’s just there like a friend. I watched her put together recipes that I had watched and even rewatched several times and copied. But it’s the fact she was there and cared about her recipes. She smiles when she cooks as if she loves to cook and wants her viewers to know she enjoys every minute. I fell asleep watching her and woke up to this latest video that I’m going to fix tonight. So thank you Rachel for pulling me out of my funk and helping me see there are people who enjoy life and I should do the same. I spent 50 years working as an RN, CANP and that was my life. It’s difficult to be retired and feel useless since I studied and worked in the medical field for so long. But now I’ll watch Rachel and not feel so bad about myself. I’m healthy and should be happy that I’m free to be out and about in this nice weather. I always cooked just to put meals out for my husband and children. They praised my ingenuity and dedication in the kitchen but I never put together any menu that was different or innovative. It’s a little late now to try different recipes, but I’m going to try. I want to try your potato soup and casseroles. My husband isn’t fond of casseroles, but he’s going to have to get used to them. This is a meal I make us at least once every two weeks. So easy, I customize it for each of us, sometimes also using chicken breast for me and soy chicken for Johnny. I love you Rachel and love your teaching videos! It amazes me however many times I watch you, I seem to always pick up on something you say or do and I can still come away learning something new! Cooking can be so fun and there are many ways one can be creative and you try to leave that door always open, trying never to offend anyone. As often as I have heard you teach, I have never heard you speak telling the story of how you started with KZbin. I would love to hear that story and hope one day that story is told. Hi Rachel. That all looks so good. You always encourage me to take extra pains with my food. I’ve done stuff potatoes like that before but not as good as you did and how you prepare them taking extra steps. Both of my grown daughters And I have subscribed to you. Even my granddaughter who is 25 and whose name also is Rachel loves watching you. You are so cute. I love how you always look so neat and would like to have hair is pretty as yours. You just gave me a new recipe to make for My Mom. She's 89 and getting harder to cook for. I just know she will love these. Sometimes i just don't know what to cook for her that she will eat or like. She loves Baked potatoes (microwave style) but im going to do this your way. Thanks so MUCH😊. She just so picky, she has no legs. And I take care of her by myself.
