Full moon for me. I can never remember when my cycle starts if my dr asks, but I can remember the moons LOL so it helps me. I imagine this is how it was in ancient times. Just watch the moon get bigger every night, you know it’s almost time when the look is approaching full!! Who needs a period tracker LOL

Before I got pregnant I was partying a lot and was a lot out with people and around many people and then I was bleeding exactly on the full moon. two years later as I went totally away from everyone and went more into myself, I bled for a longer time on the new moon, exactly on the new moon, now for the last two months as I planned to go out slowly again and I have started to see some people more often my moon cycle as well has started now some days earlier then the new moon...

How do you go about adjusting your cycle from red moon to a white moon cycle?

There are ways of adjusting it, but why would you want to? I once didn’t like that I was one type of cycle and tried to change it by using lights at night, (if you google that I’m sure you’ll find info) but really, why would you want to? Mother Nature will adjust it when you are good and ready. You don’t want to force it, but accept where you are at. It’s like an inner compass that will tell you where you are going. I found I didn’t really have control over it anyway. I could adjust it here and there by a few days, but didn’t get anywhere with it. Mostly, one should listen to their body to tell you what it’s prepared for. Prayer and meditation might be effective- I switched cycles once when I actively meditated on a certain role, preparing- I wasn’t trying to switch it, the switch just happened when praying about it.

Yes. It’s normal. You might even have cycles where it’s in between. I do find, with my own charting of cycles (been doing so since I was about age 17, now soon to be 42) that times where I had prepared to be a mother it would be white cycle and times where I was being more a caretaker for friends or watching out for society, doing scientific studies, I was red cycle. But it teetered back and forth throughout the years. It depends on where you are focused, which life and it’s random events basically can dictate as well. There are times too when it’s inbetween full and new moon. There’s nothing wrong with this. I’ve found it happens to line up when one is really serious and dwelling about either role. Then again, it might just be the higher power leading you to a role too.

I was taking it for a few years, and finally decided to stop taking it about 5 months ago. I didn’t menstruate for almost 2 months... but now it happens sporadically and unpredictably. Or you can try sleeping with a light on all night fir a few days during middle of the cycle- I think it is- if you look that up I’m sure you can find more accurate info on that method.
