Great review as always! This album so fucking amazing. I never anticipated liking this album so much (I loved their full lengths collaborations, but their solo albums never really fully stuck with me). But when it got the first spin yesterday, oh boy was I surprised. From catchy songs like Crawling Back to God or Gnawed Flesh, over a bit different stuff like Ashen Mesh or the title track (which basically sounds like a track from their collab with The Body) to that amazing outro, this is a total contender for album of the year. I'm not someone who usually likes these really short, super aggressive grindcore albums, but Full of Hell pulled it off so god damn well. Totally agree with the 9/10, easily deserved.

Shit this was one of my most anticipated of the year and I was a little let down when I heard the first track they released but I just knew in the back of my mind they were playin me for a fool and this would be a great album in context. I love how they blend all those extreme elements into one nauseating smoothie.

I'm not Brad, but I love Converge so if I could recommend one I would suggest Axe to Fall or You Fail Me to begin with. Jane Doe is their masterpiece, but it isn't as accessible as the ones I mentioned. If you enjoy something with more shouty, less agressive vocals I'd suggest All We Love We Leave Behind, but that one is a little more experimental.

Great review but FOH is not really a death-grind band. They absolutely have a few minor death metal elements along with a plethora of others but I would say they're still predominantly, a grindcore band.
