Full online kalaripayattu training for beginners by Justyna Rodzinska-Nair from Studio Kalari.
In this introductory online training you will learn basic elements of kalarippayattu (both Northern and Southern styles) which can be performed in a small space. They have been adapted from a training usually done in a big room, but they maintain the most important principles of the kalari movement, as well as a respectful approach to practice.
The training is a process that involves body and mind, therefore exercises and their sequences are carefully selected to create a complete experience.
For the training, you do not need any equipment.

Regular practice of kalarippayattu develops among others strength, stamina, flexibility, concentration and coordination. It is an energizing and balancing system that keeps body healthy, mind calm, heart strong and spirit uplifted.
