Stefan, your crossing is seriously mesmerizing to watch its elite. Also, quick question do you consider yourself a more attacking fullback? Or more well rounded defensively and offensively?
@StefanMuellerMP3 жыл бұрын
Appreciate it man! I consider myself to be pretty well rounded. I'm aware of my strengths and weaknesses and realize I'm not an Alphonso Davies type fullback who takes defenders on and can outpace anyone. But I do love getting into the attacking third and getting deliveries into the box while also taking pride in being solid defensively.

Become elite collab soon? Also wanna ask how is longest distance you run in long steady state runs for off-season ? Just watched your last vid it was very informative
@StefanMuellerMP3 жыл бұрын
When I do steady state cardio training it's usually around 3 miles similar to last video. I hardly do more than 4 miles, but sometimes I will do 2 miles at a very fast pace (11-12 mph on the treadmill for example). It's just important to remember what you're training for. We're not training to run a marathon, so ~3-4 miles at a quick pace is great.

Hey stefan... any advice on players who are substitutes or reserves? Ie. What can be done to be selected to the 1st XI. Also what do you do while on the bench? And when do u warm up or do u even warm up while on the bench waiting to be called on... Im currently playing on a varsity level as a sub player. Well at least before covid happened...

I'm trying to follow your programs. I gave up playing soccer for a long time but now, I've gotten back to my feet without team and agent. But I'm training individually because I will be soon moving abroad. I want to know if it's still possible for me to get a decent team to play since I'm getting 27 next year?
@CoachXaviPerformance3 жыл бұрын
27 is young enough to play at a very high level. If you take care of your body and eat the right food, you can play at least another 10 years at a high intensity level💪⚽️
