She enjoys exercising regularly and knows various exercise routines well, but she provided some casual opinions on exercise methods and routines that may not quite align with her desired muscle growth goals.
Especially when it comes to squat movements, while isolated movements like half squats or targeting only the glutes can have positive effects from an isolation standpoint, for functional purposes, it is strongly recommended to perform full squats that utilize the full range of motion of the body, ensuring that all muscles are engaged.
Honestly, this was something I used to dislike and didn't feel the necessity for, but I've come to realize its importance later on and now regret not doing it sooner. I highly recommend it even more now!
