Fuller's Red Fox Red Ale Review

You've confirmed my suspicions about the Red Fox. I'd have bought some to try if there had been some of the 1845 and Bengal Lancer available, but there wasn't, so I unfortunately gave it a miss. That pint of Red Fox you had there looked a bit weak, similar to the last few beers from them that you’ve reviewed.

Yeah, it was lacking flavour and body, very disappointing. You won a watch by not buying it. Better to wait and just buy Bengal Lancer. Cheers 🍻🙂

Just a bottle of the Fullers Porter and that was very passable.

The Fuller's Porter isn't a bad beer, but just isn't as good as it used to be in the bottle. But most Fuller's products have dropped in quality in the bottle form recently. But the porter is better than a lot of other offerings found in the supermarkets. Cheers 🍻🙂

Another Fullers to swerve then. You mentioned the smell early in the review, you could always try and pull your finger; that always seems to produce a smell. And in other news, just found out there’s an Adnams shop ten minutes from your sisters 👍

😂 That's my go to substitute if I can't get an aroma from the beer! I honestly don't know where this reputation of flatulence has come from! 🫤 I know there is one in Stamford, I take it you will be visiting? 🍻🙂
