After about 10yrs of watching 1000s of hrs of content on youtube and being in the gym, I only found your channel a couple of days ago and I must say your channel is AMAZING. Loving the content, still learning so many new things. Keep it coming. Much respect.

The idea is to start fast, finish strong, and never quit. But you have to train for it. You have to train to start fast and finish strong.;To train for strength and endurance Kind of like a wrestler and football player. I’m a real champion wrestler from California So I’ve always train for endurance and strength, but I do everything. I’m a fighter also and I do everything to make myself a better fighter and wrestler. It takes running for one hour without stopping to build up your endurance. Or 5 miles before a two hour practice or a training. Six days a week for 10 years. You can do whatever you want during the holidays from Thanksgiving to New Year’s. A healthy lifestyle non-GMO healthy foods vitamins every day, and God is the most important thing, He’s first so pray every morning if things to him for the day and all that you have and be grateful,. I have something to fight for outside of being the best in the world, I think about my brother and how I’m angry about how he died and so I let it out I release my anger and emotions through these exercises. And every second I train I train with 100% intensity and effort and focus because I don’t want to give anything less than that I want to give everything I have and hold nothing back when I leave the mat I want to know that I left it all there I do the same thing when I lift everything and train everything like I’m doing it To save my brother and I loved him fiercely. With that type of mentality where you would die for this do it for 20 years be truly the hardest worker in the room the smartest hardest worker and you believe that anything is possible. When you’re in excellent condition and tiredness is psychological sometimes appears as fear. Imagine you were at home and you felt exhausted and your families asleep when you hear the door open and someone tries to rob you are you tired now? I bet you jump up and are full of energy. What is the energy come from? It was in your mind when something is important enough to do it no matter what no matter how you feel on the inside. I guess that’s what Cus said when he said that’s what a professional is
