I've been doing the spin exercise for the last month and it is shockingly exhausting. The intensity is very similar to a kettlebell swing.

Its much more difficult than kettlebells, the amount of stabilizer muscles you have to activate when that bag builds momentum is what makes it so intense in my opinion. THis is the best piece of workout equipment I ever purchased specially now with the gym lock downs, I put this in the trunk of the car and have a full gym on my lunch break!

yeah dude i literally have a tab for one on amazon opened up, they're affordable with the cheapest being $30-300 with shipping and handling included no different than paying for a single dumbell
