I'm looking at buying one of these. This exact generation that you showed. It's funny because I recognize 90% of the Interior components as the same as my 2011 GMC Acadia / same as Chevrolet Traverse. Same door panels, steering colum, dash layout, climate conteoles, rear view mirror, center console, seats etc. Good move GM. Diverse components between models in the lineup 👍

My grandmother might get one of these. 2012 Malibu 2LTZ 3.6L V6. It's the same exact color, but with a Brown & Tan interior, for around 15k-16k.

Trust me, you guys should be grateful to have the inline 4. You can change your spark plugs and wires very easily. You can change your valve cover gaskets very easily. You get way better fuel economy. You have WAY more room to work on the engine. Plus who needs tons of hp? No one really. The 4 cyl. Malibu has more power than my Buivk Roadmaster V8 350/5.7L. Lmao. I Love the Malibu ecotec.

Please help me. I live in a communist country and this malibu is then large sedan imported here. Is it really slow like everybody says? Has it dual zone AC?

No, they're quite peppy actually. The four cylinder models are on-par with other four cylinder engines in the segment, but the V6 is really quite fast, for a basic family sedan. There's no dual-zone climate, just single zone. They do have automatic climate though.
