Great piece, A bit like Poulenc, and other mid-century French composers, Witty, Rhythmic. Jazzy. Makes dissonance fun and easy to take. Never dull or pedantic. Those film scores would be interesting too. A real find!

Member of l'Ecole de Paris (with Martinu, tcherepnin, etc ), friend with many members of Ravel's circle so called Les Apaches (Ravel Delage Garban Inghelbrecht Roussel Schmitt Stravinsky Vines Vuillermoz etc.) . his musical style is somewhere in between Ravel and Martinu …
