Salut, Gabriel! Sunt un fan al sporturilor cu greutati in general si al canalului tau (printre altele 😊) in particular. Am cateva intrebari, daca e ok: 1) (mai) faci munca de mobilitate/flexibilitate pt glezne si solduri in mod curent? 2) ai renta pt medaliile europene? (da/nu e suficient) 3) planuiesti sa revii in competitii oficiale? Succes si sanatate! ✌️

Thanks for the wrist advice 👍 I will try the curls out before my clean and jerks today. Edit: They feel pretty good and definitely got rid of some right wrist pain before my sets. I might need to do a set of these curls after every couple sets of clean and jerks though.

Do front squats feel natural and comfortable to you? There are some lifters I see who appear to be as comfortable front squatting as they are back squatting. The bar looks to just be cemented in the front rack no matter what. Then there are many other very high level lifters who have to really actively work on keeping that bar from dumping forward. For example Ilya Ilin seem perfectly comfortable in the front rack. On the other hand Sohrab Moradi seems to really work at keeping the bar in place. Both extremely strong front squatters though.

@@gsincraian that's what I was trying to say, I triple 150 FS but not chance in hitting that in CJ :D because kaka technique (also fat and slow)

Haha wrists, the weak point of human body. It's definitely sometimes heavy when you do judo, weightlifting and play guitar. Really important to not ignore strengthening the forearm muscles in multiple functions. Sometimes the wrist pain might come from as far as from the shoulder function. And not ignore it when they tell you the intensity/volume is too much, when the wrists start becoming sore it's probably a good time to change exercises or end the workout. And for me it was worth it to troubleshoot the technique in all three activities to avoid stressing the wrist in excess for no good reason.
