Thanks, I'm not doing clean pulls and I replace them with deadlifts, so now I'm doing around 2-3 sessions of deadlift per week

thanks first you need to make sure that you place your dominant leg behind and focus on your low back ( to have it straight) and your back leg will always be bent :)

What is your overall opinion about straps? When to go with them or not? As for an intermediate lifter

Incredible technique and heavy weights, that must be one of the best "comeback" in history. It's seems that you are not doing the "Valsalva" thing even with heavy weights? i'm saying that because when you look at others lifters you can clearly see them taking big breaths and swell before lifting heavy (Klokov or Clarence for example). 4:49 maybe in your next video, can you tell us more about how you re-rack from overhead, break down your technique and tell us how to get good at doing it?

Do you program your push press as a relative percentage of your jerk? Or just think about it as an entirely separate accessory with no percent correlation to jerks?
